a very nice designer hotel in an excellent location - very centrally very small swimming pool and most of lounge chairs broken; no service at the swimming pool; no luggage service (taking luggage to the room) |

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice room which was very clean. Good location for seeing the city. Street noise at night was occasionally intrusive but in a city location probably unavoidable. Bed was very firm and uncomfortable. |

Centre of the City. Easy access to shopping and attractions If you book a superior room it is on the outside of the Hotel and it is very noisy at night. I would therefore ask for an inside room in future |

One of the young gentleman at the reception desk was outstanding and did everything he could to accommdate us with a suitable room The bathroom toiletries and tea/coffee supplies were not resupplied every day and in fact we had to beg the cleaning staff for resupply which they half did reluctantly. |

It's location, the friendliness of the reception staff, the room and excellent bathroom. There was insufficient coathangers or hanging space in the wardrobe. Not a big problem for a short stay perhaps? |
