Staff were very friendly, late check in was not a problem, food in the hotel restaurant was wonderful. Pool is really small and cramped, however views from the pool deck were breath taking. |

a very friendly welcome from the young slim tall male receptionist, we forgot one passport but he was ok for it later, all staff very friendly, excellent room service we really missed coffee making in the room, and the channels on the tv set were different to the those listed on paper on the table, mini fridge internal light wasnt working. a prolem when thirsty at night -:), bar closed at 12:30 ? no mention of room service in the room? but its a good hotel, I'd say as good as the Paradore Gibraltar Malaga |

This hotel was super comfortable, and conveniently located in the absolute center of town. This was the nicest hotel during our spanish odyssey. As we checked in late, the hotel parking was full but we parked in the nearby city lot. The pool is rooftop- very hot in summer daytime! Breakfast is too expensive - go to nearby MOKA instead. |

The rooms were spacious and beautifully furnished, plenty of storgae space too. Pool area was small but a welcome feature in a city hotel. Only the noise from the workmen renovating the buildng next door. |

Cleaniness of the rooms and the hotel itself. The breakfast was excellent, a good selection of food. The politeness of the staff. Enjoyed the roof top swimming pool area. The only suggestion would have been is that the pool could be a bit bigger and have more sun loungers. Was slightly disappointed there was no Solarium as stated on the website. |

There could not be a better location anywhere - look no further! The staff were incredible, very helpful and all front desk staff spoke English. Free internet in the business center was great for me as I was really still working! |
