Possible to improve the cleanliness

nice quiet room, adequate breakfasts and great for town centre location.

The front desk staff was excellent! Very helpful and available. The rooms were clean and what you would expect from a three star. Location is great, close to everything and easy to find.

Good location - rooms at the front of the hotel have a nice little balcony - rooms modern and neat and clean. Excellent location for walking around Rhonda.

The shower was tiny, even compared to the tiny showers typical of European budget hotels (E.G., Ibis)

Breakfast is poor compared to other hotels in the same price level. Be prepared to eat somewhere else quite soon after that. Parking is not insite, you have to use the public parking place located in the square ~250 meters forward from the hotel.

Bastante cerca del centro, aunque la realidad es que Ronda es muy pequeño.

El personal es bantante antipatico e intentan controlarte un poco (siempre hay que dejar la llave en la recepción y te preguntan si la has dejado continuamente), parece que no son muy formales. Hay un chico canario en la recepción poco profesional, y facilita poca ayuda de la ciudad, porque dice que la desconoce.

Perfetto in ogni cosa

Hotel molto carino e pulito con un bellissimo patio interno chiuso. Situato a 300 metri dall'arena dei tori e 600 metri dal Ponte Nuovo. Stanza fresca. Nessun bisogno di dover usare l'impianto d'aria condizionata indipendente presente nella stanza, se non per 5 minuti prima di andare a letto, nonostante temperature fino a 35°. Molto pulito. Nella stanza c'era un piccolo balcone, tuttavia senza sedie e tavolino (anche per questione di spazio). Stanza grande con cassaforte, scrivania, una sedia, ma senza tavolinetto. Bagno ok. Personale simpatico, professionale e disponibile. C'è il parcheggio per I clienti (chiedete perché su Booking. Com non è chiaro) che non so quanto costi, ma noi abbiamo parcheggiato in regola e gratuitamente (chiaramente con molta fortuna, xché di posti liberi non ce ne sono molti e quasi mai)) nella strada dell'hotel, a 50 metri dello stesso: meglio di così!// Sehr nettes und sauberes Hotel 300 Meter vom Arena und 600 von Puente Nuevo entfernt. Zimmer groß, nit Schreibtisch und Safe,sauber und sehr frisch: Kein Bedarf das (Gott sei dank) nicht zentral gesteuert Klimaanlage zu benutzen (nur 5 Minuten vom ins Bett gehen) trotz Temperaturen bis 35°. Kein Tisch im Zimmer. Badezimmer ok. Personal sehr sympathisch, professionell und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel hat auch einen Kundenparkplatz (fragen Sie das Hotel nach der Buchung, da es ist über Booking.com nicht so klar), dessen Preis wir nicht gefragt haben. Wir haben kostenlos in der Hotelstraße mit viel Glück kostenlos 50 Meter vom Hotel geparkt.

Manca il minibar. Lo sapevamo, ma in Andalusia abbiamo trovato tantissimi hotel della stessa categoria e a parità di prezzi che ce l'hanno. Rimane un gap da colmare. Il letto era per m´noi un po' stretto. Credo 1,60 M. Noi siamo abituati a 1,80 o 2 M. Nella stanza manca un tavolinetto. Il balcone, a dir vero un balconcino, è piccolo e, anche per questo non dotato di sedie e tavolino.// Ein Minibar fehlt. Obwohl wir es wussten, es bleibt ein Mangel, da Hotel dieser Preiskategorie haben es normalerweise. Das Bett (1,60 m) war zu eng für uns, die an 1.80/2 Meter gewöhnt sind. Im Zimmer fehlt ein kleiner Tisch sowie im Balkon ein Tischchen und 2 Stühle. Eigentlich gibt es kein Platz dafür in dem Balkonchen.

Personal muy agradable, casi familiar, sitio muy centrico, relacion calidad precio bastante buena.

La ubicacion, es un hotel situado en el centro de la ciudad, es pequeñito pero tiene lo necesario, las habitaciones son amplias y en general todo el hotel esta bien cuidado y limpio, ademas de que esta nuevo y respecto al personal del hotel muy amable.
