The staff was very helpful and accommodating, rooms were nicest I've stayed in for that great a price!

Nothing I didn't like!

+ Good location (7 mins walking from city center, 15 mins walking from Alhambra); + Friendly staff.

- Not very clean rooms; - No wi-fi in rooms.

Actually it was my pleasure to be there. It was an awesome place to pass the leisure time. Everything is close from the location of the hotel and the stuff are so helpful for everything. In one word it was for me and hope for you (who will going to visit GRANADA ) will be perfect.

Actually there is not much thing to say as negetive point of this hotel. Only there is no lift but I think it is not a problem at all.

I liked the location as it was close to both the cathedral and the Alhambra. It also seemed as if it was in an area where other people rather than tourists stayed.

Location was good. Bathroom was nice.

The staff were super weird and unhelpful. Also, our room was beside the hotel in an apartment. Not nice and not what was advertised.

Firstly when we were shown our room the cosmetics of it looked great. However after this everything went down hill. We had a three bedded room, but the third bed was basically a slab of leather that broke when I sat on it, I am not a big person and am size 8 so my weight was not the issue. Secondly the heating in our room was not working, and only gave us blankets as compensation. Although after we complained we were given an old fashion heater which was unreliable. On top of that our bathroom smelled like sewage, even after it had been cleaned the smell would mask the smell of bleach. I developed a cough whilst staying in the room and now have a chest infection I can not say for sure that the state of this room was the cause but it definitely was a factor in developing it. I would not stay here again.

no wifi in the appartment, just in the lobby next door - wifi should really be included nowadays

Very cozy hotel with good atmosphare. The hotel owner and personal are really helpful, we got nice tips for restaurants etc. wanna stay here again.

WiFi works only on the ground floor, though they have very good wines at the bar ;-)

Staff and location.

Great hotel with great location. very close to the La Alhambra and the city center. Great price and great room. Stable internet connection as well!

The hotel is quite far from the bus or train station ~ Make sure that you have enough time to travel. The toilet has some smell, seems like the hotel has a problem with its sewerage system.

Good location, nice design, god staff

It's difficult to get there by car (you need a recent navigation maps). Granada's downtown is really unfrendly for travelling by car (a lot of roads are for taxis or buses only).

Location and staff. The shower was great. The paid parking was ok for a s all car. The annex had an elevator. The view from the terrace was great. Having staffed lobby was very nice. The beds were comfortable.

The annex did not have wifi as advertised. The room was very small and ventilation was poor.

We liked the rooms to the front of the hotel - balcony to busy street below but well sound-proofed with double doors to outside. The rooms had attractive decor and the bathrooms with fancy showers were excellent.Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking is close to hotel and staff will help you to squeeze your car into the very tight spaces! Lovely roof terrace space - ask for the key and keep climbing up!

Perfect location, near to every sights. The room did not have window to the street, therefore it was really calm, perfect for sleeping. Was really nice.

Could not reached the wifi from the room.

The proximity to both the town centre as well as to the Alhambra. We took the bus to the Alhambra up to avoid walking up but made it very easily on the way down, taking the stairs almost directly to the hotel's door. Staff was friendly. The bed with the LED lightning is quite a modern touch. We did not take breakfeast - 2 or 3 doors to the left you'll find a cafe that serves breakfast for 3,00 euros (full toast + juice + milk and coffee). Parking was in the street near by, in the hotel's garage, wich was great because we prefered to pay the 15eur a day and be quite assured that the car was safe.

Staying in the last floor was hard, after a day walking around we had to climb 4 floors to get there, but we managed quite well. No suitable for elder guests, small children or guests with lots of luggage.

We stayed in Granada just 2 days, we booked triple room in hotel annex and got quadraple room, which was very spacious, with very big wardrobe and nice bathroom. Only bad thing was lack of daylight, but that wasn9t bother me. Hotel is about 10 min walk from Gran Vía and city center. Definitely worth staying in relation with price. There was no Wi-Fi in room, but you have computer and Wi-Fi in a hotel just few meters away.

Fantastic location. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, nothing seemed too much trouble.

Beds were very small - definitely not a double. No plugs in room - had to use the powerpoint in the bathroom for everything.

It's about 15 to 20 minutes walk from hotel to Alhambra entrance, so the hotel is very handy. The bed is comfortable. And hotel staff is very friendly.

Outstanding for the price. Brand new facilities in every room, clean throughout, roof terrace to die for. Sat there for ages with friends and beer. Staff very friendly and helpful, loved it

Guiness book of records as narrowest hotel so no lift but as on short break no big luggage and manageable. Car park narrow but all parking in Granada is limited and staff very helpful so good option

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpfull. Close to the Alhambra and Citycenter. They have a parkingspace of the hotel in wich you can park your car very nearby for just € 15,-.

The smell in the bathroom and the hotel is very noisy. But these are just two little things. I would surely recommend this hotel for a short stay in Granada.

Very friendly staff (girl at the reception spoke very good French). Modern furniture & bathroom. Central location near Granada downtown & Alhambra.

The room is a bit small and the bathroom is sometimes stinky (probably a sewage problem). But these are very small inconvenients.

The location and secure parking facilities were main attraction, the price of the rooms and facilities were an extra bonus.
