Great location nearby Alhambra. Very helpfull staff
Close to restaurants and bus lines.
a bit cold, could easaly hear others at the hotel, small,
comfy bed, nice bathroom, tub, plenty of hot water, parking, sweet staff, perfect location, clean
Was all good!
We enjoyed our stay! Location is awesome (10m to the Alhambra and several nice restaurants around, city center within 5m). Cat parking is tiny, but ok for a small rental car. Book the 3 bed room, because it has a good few. Die other rooms are rather dark (only small window to the court yard!).
Although no smoking is allowed, my room did smell of smoke. But I was able just to open the windows and it was fine. Even with this though I would totally 100% stay here again this was a perfect location, super friendly staff and great clean modern hostel with breakfast for purchase and easy access to taxis to the train station.
this is the perfect place if you are going to walk to the Alhambra. The staff were incredibly friendly and super helpful. the location is also within walking distance to the city centre. It was a safe area and the hostel is very modern. Wifi works great.
parking was hella expensive
Previous guest smoking in room, powerful stench that staff could not expel, offered room on 3rd floor, stairs too taxing at our age.
Receptionists outstanding, helpful with all queries
Hotel was very cold at times; rooms are not sufficiently heated for winter months.
Very affordable, nice clean, modern space. Good wifi, comfortable bed, great shower.
no wifi in rooms
very nice and cean, receptionists were excellent, good location.
Wifi signal was very weak in the room. The hotel can probably work to improve this.
The hotel is located in a good central location and just few minutes away from stairs that go up to Alhambra. The room and bathrooms were both clean but had some smell coming from toilet. The breakfast bar next to reception desk was a big plus since it saved us time from looking for breakfast. The Hotel makes it clear with fine print that there is no lift and wifi signal is centrally located only.
Breakfast was disappointing.
Great location. With some good local cafes nearby and Alhambra just 15 mins walk away. Staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was disappointing.
Quiet area, close to the Albaicin area
The room was small and had no central heating. The air conditioning is not helpful when it is cold in Granada.Really could benefit from a central heating unit or something else. Also the walls are very thin so you can hear everybody from the other rooms.
The location was good, central, easy to find and get around. The staff was friendly.
Excellent location. Small but comfortable room. Great shower!
No Wifi in rooms
Really good location to historical downtown and city center. Cute and clean room!
our room was in a building that was independent from the hotel hall; scarse/absent wifi connection; tiny rooms (not advised for a long stay)
central position; nice room; the restroom HAD a window and a really nice shower; there's a wonderful bakery just next to the hotel. Booking a parking place in the hotel lot is fundamental in a town like Granada, if you're driving there.
No kitchen In an apartment!!! Hard beds No English TV Bathroom. The size of small closet
Location was good
Excellent location. Really good hotel and excellent staff.
WiFi should be available in the rooms, but as yet it isn't, only in the lobby. Whilst there is an elevator in the secondary building, there is not one in the main part of the hotel.
The hotel is in the Old Quarter of Granada, very handy to places of interest, particularly the Alhambra. The staff were helpful and courteous and the bedroom clean, comfortable and quiet despite overlooking the street.
Though the twin room was spacious, the double room was pretty tiny with even smaller window facing a small inner courtyard.
The location is perfect - just about 5 min. by foot to the very city center and even closer to the bus stop from where you can go to Alhambra (not more than 10min ride). Just in front of the hotel there is a nice caffe to have a quick breakfast or lunch.
There were no drinking glasses in the room and a hair dryer would be nice.
Location for walking distance to Alhambra and the old city. Also, the availability of carparking very close to the hotel. Nice rooftop terrace, which was always empty, so we enjoyed the perfect privacy with views over the city.
No fridge in the room The shower was very powerful but tiny! A tall person would struggle Wifi only available in the public areas
Friendly and helpful staff Comfortable room Great location close to the Alhambra and the centre of the city
No safe/ secure box in room to store money /passports etc, however just carried these with me and did not ask staff for help with this I'm sure they would have been able to assist!
Very helpful and knowledgable staff, they know the area very well and are happy to advise, had some issues with credit card checks but was resolved with no issues
The location is very helpful and the rooms are clean and quiet.
We had two rooms, one in the hotel and one in the building next door. The hotel is cleaner and brighter and had a balcony whereas the next door was dark with a small window with an unpleasant view
