parking was hella expensive
Receptionists outstanding, helpful with all queries
Previous guest smoking in room, powerful stench that staff could not expel, offered room on 3rd floor, stairs too taxing at our age.
Very affordable, nice clean, modern space. Good wifi, comfortable bed, great shower.
Hotel was very cold at times; rooms are not sufficiently heated for winter months.
very nice and cean, receptionists were excellent, good location.
no wifi in rooms
The hotel is located in a good central location and just few minutes away from stairs that go up to Alhambra. The room and bathrooms were both clean but had some smell coming from toilet. The breakfast bar next to reception desk was a big plus since it saved us time from looking for breakfast. The Hotel makes it clear with fine print that there is no lift and wifi signal is centrally located only.
Wifi signal was very weak in the room. The hotel can probably work to improve this.
Great location. With some good local cafes nearby and Alhambra just 15 mins walk away. Staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was disappointing.
Breakfast was disappointing.
Quiet area, close to the Albaicin area
The location was good, central, easy to find and get around. The staff was friendly.
The room was small and had no central heating. The air conditioning is not helpful when it is cold in Granada.Really could benefit from a central heating unit or something else. Also the walls are very thin so you can hear everybody from the other rooms.
Excellent location. Small but comfortable room. Great shower!
Really good location to historical downtown and city center. Cute and clean room!
No Wifi in rooms
central position; nice room; the restroom HAD a window and a really nice shower; there's a wonderful bakery just next to the hotel. Booking a parking place in the hotel lot is fundamental in a town like Granada, if you're driving there.
our room was in a building that was independent from the hotel hall; scarse/absent wifi connection; tiny rooms (not advised for a long stay)
Location was good
No kitchen In an apartment!!! Hard beds No English TV Bathroom. The size of small closet
Excellent location. Really good hotel and excellent staff.
The hotel is in the Old Quarter of Granada, very handy to places of interest, particularly the Alhambra. The staff were helpful and courteous and the bedroom clean, comfortable and quiet despite overlooking the street.
WiFi should be available in the rooms, but as yet it isn't, only in the lobby. Whilst there is an elevator in the secondary building, there is not one in the main part of the hotel.
The location is perfect - just about 5 min. by foot to the very city center and even closer to the bus stop from where you can go to Alhambra (not more than 10min ride). Just in front of the hotel there is a nice caffe to have a quick breakfast or lunch.
Though the twin room was spacious, the double room was pretty tiny with even smaller window facing a small inner courtyard.
Location for walking distance to Alhambra and the old city. Also, the availability of carparking very close to the hotel. Nice rooftop terrace, which was always empty, so we enjoyed the perfect privacy with views over the city.
There were no drinking glasses in the room and a hair dryer would be nice.
Friendly and helpful staff Comfortable room Great location close to the Alhambra and the centre of the city
No fridge in the room The shower was very powerful but tiny! A tall person would struggle Wifi only available in the public areas
Very helpful and knowledgable staff, they know the area very well and are happy to advise, had some issues with credit card checks but was resolved with no issues
No safe/ secure box in room to store money /passports etc, however just carried these with me and did not ask staff for help with this I'm sure they would have been able to assist!
The location is very helpful and the rooms are clean and quiet.
We had two rooms, one in the hotel and one in the building next door. The hotel is cleaner and brighter and had a balcony whereas the next door was dark with a small window with an unpleasant view
Close do Alhambra, and that's all... Wouldn't recommend it, sorry.
The hotel is split between two buildings. If you pay "promo price" you are pretty shure to get an "economic room" which is old, shabby and neglected. You won't see this room on pictures... WiFi works only in the reception lobby.
Its a very good experience with Molinos. You have most of the spots close by [Alhambra , St Nicolas church etc].. There are local buses from here to all these destinations for 1.2 Euros.. Its 5mins in Bus.. Excellent staffs, helped me in booking ticket for Alhambra on a tight situation. Clean room true value for money. Big and Good Bathroom. I would defenitely suggest for anyone going to explore Granada
Wifi - Internet works only in the Lobby. But it was informed by the staff, and thats what I could expect for the price.. So its OK...
The staff nice and welcoming. The room was clean.
Pillow and bed correct but improvable.
Good location, clean, modern, good wifi, good value for money with the offer
Not enough space for two people, lack of natural light, though this might be different in other rooms
Good location: It's in walking distance to Alhambra but since we didn't have the time and strength, we preferred to take the bus C3 to Alhambra's main gate from the stop a few blocks away from the hotel, the journey was a few minutes. Nearby there is a street with nice tapas bars. We stayed in the building next to the hotel, it has an elevator, room and bathroom was very clean and comfortable, it had air conditioner (a bit noisy) and a small balcony with a street view.
No wi-fi in the room.
