The location was great and the bus is right out the front. The Alhambra is not too far away. Generally good sized room, clean and comfortable. The hotel itself has lovely marble stairs. Wifi is only in reception which means reception is always crowded. There is no fridge and poor lighting in the room.

Excellent location. A little gloomy could be a bit brighter.Walls re a bit too thin,could hear all the shannigans going on all night.

Very convenient for the centre of Granada and the number 3 bus stopped very close, so easy from the Bus Station. We had ordered breakfast, but for some reason our hotel was not serving breakfast that day, so we were sent to a sister hotel along the road (very close though). This was a higher quality hotel and the breakfast was excellent with good service and variety of food, buffet style. The light in our corridor was not working, and it was quite difficult to find the switch to light our section of the corridor in the dark.

Location wise is very strategic, at the city centre. Room is neat and clean. However the fact that wifi is only available at the first floor is quite sad. They also dont have basic facilities such as hair dryer and iron like other hotels/hostels would. Breakfast is average but plenty.

It was very afordable (booked with booking.com, otherwise a bit pricy), the staff was professionnal and the room was very confortable. No ac, but were aware of that.

Good location. Quiet room. I asked the hotel in e-mail about the public transport from the bus station to the hotel, but they didn't answer. There wasn't cool water in the bathroom.

Good location. Cheap hotel and friendly stuff. Very poor breakfast. They had cheese and bacon only on sundays!!! The hotel needs restauration immediately!

La situation Le petit dejeuner dans un hotel voisin de 4 étoiles avec un"voucher" de l'hotel Montecarlo à 6 euros... La vétusté du mobilier, la fenêtre qui donne sur un mur et la chambre du coup très sombre, la mauvaise insonorisation
