Great location (main street).

Centrally situated, friendly helpful staff.

Although clean beds and sheets the room had tatty furniture and the bathroom needs re furbishing. Nonetheless I suppose one cant complain when you pay 78 euros for two nights!

Poor breacfast, very small room even without a window (the single window is only in the toilet facility), Wi-Fi is not available in the room, only in the lobby.

Your description was totally incorrect. There was breakfast for an additional cost which was toast or cake with coffee and juice, for the cost this was unacceptable. We booked a room with double bed but they do not have double beds, They do not have evening meals and we had to take a very infirm person out to find an eating place. The area only seemed to have pitza's and pasta'S. The shower was unusable and the toilet and bath were chipped and cracked. The fan in our room did not work properly. We booked out early as we did not get what we had booked.

breakfast was excellent, it was switched to another nearby hotel and it was fantastic. Hotel is easy walking distance to all the major sites and restaurants.

Superb location in historical Granada. Staff was very friendly and professional, as well as being helpful.

Breakfast was supposed to be available every morning. It was -- while a large tour group was in the hotel. Once they left, breakfast was no longer offered -- with no explanation.

The staff was nice and good at attending the customer even for a 2- stars hotel.

The window could not be opened but the price was so good and it was only for 1 night, so I did not say anything for that.

Although it is located on a busy main street, the hotel itself is quiet and very pleasant to step into, with friendly reception staff and a classic marble staircase to the guest rooms. My room was off a somewhat narrow corridor, but once inside I found a spacious double room looking out on to a small enclosed patio, so that it was completely shielded from the hurlyburly outside. The bathroom was modern and spotless. The self-service continental breakfast was fine, and the location, on a major bus route and within easy walking distance of a number of key visitor attractions, would be hard to beat. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and thought it was fantastic value for money.

I didn't really find anything to dislike, but I would have liked to have a little more illumination in the bedroom (the bathroom was fine with its modern spotlights) as I like to be able to read at night.
