Location: very near to the city center Very clean
The staff didn't speak english Parking not included The bathroom was old and not warmed
The hotel was clean and very close to centre for sight seeing. The Décor is lovely and very Spanish. English is understood by staff and overall good value for money if needing a budget stop over in Seville.
The was no Wi-Fi in room although advertised as such. We were given a password but we could not get a signal, a disadvantage when travelling with a 13 year who had an I-pad for games. It also created problems for us checking and sending e-mails and searching on-line where to visit in Seville. Parking is entered through a lift which is extremely tight, lucky for us, we had a small car. It was even harder returning to lift as there is only a very small parking area. Breakfast finishes at 10.30 and there are no tea making facilities in the room. The cost was very good value €99e for triple room, which suited us as we only stayed for one night. We would not have liked to have stayed another night, and would upgraded to a different hotel if staying another night or intend to say in Seville again.
Location, breakfast, size of room, staff, price
the bed was a little hard and the pillows not substantial enough
Everything interesting in walking distance;
In spite of reservation no parking space for our car; we had to park in public parking lot several hundred meters away; breakfast far too expensive (but good bars round the corner); bad W-Lan connection
The lady at the front desk was an Exceptional help/employee.We were very grateful for all her advice. The night life was great, and we really enjoyed the professional Flamenco show.
Reception was not friendly. There is big difference between the same priced rooms, some are good some are really poor, small and dar. Furniture is old and poor, needs to be replaced. Parking is a big problem and there is no nearby carpark.
The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to main bus station and shopping district with plenty of cafes and bars nearby. The staff were friendly and accommodating and allowed me to stow my bag until I departed later in the afternoon at no extra cost. Rooms were clean. Had my room been situated on a floor or two above my stay would have been more comfortable.
Unfortunately my room was situated on the ground floor off from the public foyer and reception area which was somewhat noisy. My window was also facing the street so unfortunately I also heard all of the traffic and pedestrian noise outside.

Amazing location Great staff (good English) Good value for money
Pillows/ blanket on the bed were very uncomfortable
dark, pictures oversell the place
Location, proximity to the city centre, parking on site, good breakfast, place has a character.
Car was securely parked during our stay. Lovely lounge with well stocked vending machine and free wi fi.Very traditional Spanish.
Breakfast too expensive. We went to a local cafe. Some updating of bathrooms needed.
Very pleasant and helpful staff, great location, pretty interior, lots of restaurants nearby. Car parking lift interesting! Room quite large.
Wifi a little patchy, but only a minor point. Cleaners started early in morning, but also very minor point and did not impact on our enjoyment.
The hotel is charming. We are a family of 4 and they were able to accommodate us with a suite that had 4 twin beds. The lobby is lovely and there is a tiny bar with two or three stools. Excellent little coffee shop with hot breakfast right around the corner.
The lobby has a restaurant and bar but they were pretty deserted. They did have breakfast in the a.m. with standard fare but there was a charge for it and it did not look very appealing. I don't think it ever opened for dinner the two nights we were there?
Very friendly and helpful staff, room was always clean. Great location
The air con was not working properly thus made it had to sleep on some days.
Location, quietness, service.
WiFi could use an improvement.
We all really liked the old Spanish charm of this hotel. The hotel was conveniently located in the center of town, yet the area was quiet, not noisy. We like having 2 separate sleeping rooms, and that our son and daughter each had their own twin bed.
My second glass of orange juice was not as good as the first. Breakfast could have been a little better.
Quaint Street Location near the city centre. Building full of historic Character but needs major upgrades..
The rooms are dated.. Beds are hard, Pipes were loud, Bathroom tiles and shower curtain were filthy Staff professional but not very friendly...Upon checkin I was firstly given an extremely dark, dbl bd room on the second floor. I went directly to the Pedro at the front desk. I explained that I Had booked two twin bd room with front balcony on the website..He begrudgingly, Changed my room forthwith..
If you looking for a clean place, quite, fair location, its fine!
..called "in a former mainson of the 18th century". Ambience was modern / basic / no atmospare at all.
the patio is beautiful
the fridge wasn't working.
Fairly central location
Staff spoke little English Postage stamp size swimming pool
Hotel close to river, shops, centre bars etc. Large private balcony great for dogs and saved going through hotel. Arrived early to get parking space, staff v helpful and showed me where to put car but v short of room for LHS/RHS difference
Need to be a confident driver as parking is a nightmare.
The hotel is a little tired but very clean. We did not eat in the restaurant as preferred to eat in the town and to soak up the atmosphere. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location excellent for tourism
Provided secure parking and helped with parking the car in tight quarters.
Breakfast was extra.
The bed was the hardest I've ever slept in.
