I booked this hotel for a peaceful day of relaxation and recovery having completed the Camino pilgrimage. On arrival the rock band on the adjacent venue was warming up for an allnight concert making sleep impossible, and the pool was closed. The staff refused to cancel our booking. The cell blocks are akin to a prison camp. There is nothing to do. Do not stay here.

Proximity to the city, especially with a car. The amenities were useful - self service laundry and cafeteria. Obviously caters for large groups.

A bit of a strange facility/hotel but overall clean and reasonably priced. There were smokers in the rooms next to us and it made the hallway unbearable to walk through.

It is reasonable pricing and the staffs were nice. The area was green and very fresh. If you like nature, this is the place. It is reasonably far from the city centre and the facilities were quite outdated. I could not sleep very well because of the noise that we could hear from our neighbours.

We liked it fine, did exactly what it said on the tin. Although there is a huge sign for Monte De Gozo, there is no actual Hotel sign. We walked past it and had to get a Taxi back.

Limpeza exemplar, correção dos empregados nomeadamente do segurança da piscina, pois a minha esposa esqueceu-se da bolsa no local e ele teve o cuidado de guardá-la para devolvê-la. Serviços de Bar muito confusos devido à afluência, com trocas da ordem de chegada/entrega dos produtos e horários da Piscina

La atención fue muy buena, tuvimos un pequeño problema con las reservas y nos lo solucionaron. Es cierto que está en las afueras de Santiago, pero se llega andandoal centro en 15 minutos y hay autobuses al lado.

El silencio es encantador, hay mucha paz. Me encantó De dia es fácil llegar, esta bien señalizado, pero de noche nos costo encontrar la entrada al hotel , porque si bien esta señalizada, no tiene luz y la pasabamos de largo sin verla. Creo que tendrian que mejorar en ese sentido
