Very friendly and well located for my trip. Extremely clean and well-maintained with good internet access (free). Friendly & helpful staff The only negative was that the sound-proofing between rooms was not great. Hard (wood) floors carried sounds between rooms - Not a real problem, but could be better if you're a light sleeper. Don't be fooled by the photograph of the hotel - it really is quite small, right on a roundabout in the town.

Good location, great value for money, very friendly and helpfull staff, clean & tidy and has a good all round atmosphere. I go to Torrelavega often and always stay there.

Very clean. My room (301) was very unconfortable due to sloped sealings. In the bathroom its very easy to hit your head as the sealing goes as low as 1,30 from the ground.

Lo sumamente atentos que fueron con nosotros, la calidad de la comida que en relación calidad/precio está fenomenal, las habitaciones están impecables y el baño muy cómodo. Muy cerca del centro para ir paseando. Ideal para ir con bebés. La tele es un poco pequeña para la distancia desde la cama

Amplitud de la habitación y baño. Tranquilidad de la zona. Cercanía al centro de la ciudad. No tiene parking pero es fácil aparcar gratis enfrente mismo. Limpieza y la amabilidad del personal. Sufrimos una puntual invasión de hormigas en el baño (unas 50) que rápidamente fue arreglado. No tiene persianas, es por cortinas opacas (a nosotros no es algo que nos moleste demasiado pero es bueno saberlo de antemano).

La hubicacion esta bien, cerca del cwntro del pueblo. Bien comunicado y sin problemas para aparcar. La cafeteria...no corresponde a las estrellas del hotel...muy pequeña...

Buena relación, calidad precio. Excelente trato del personal, en todo momento con una sonrisa y atentos al mínimo detalle. El Hotel está muy bien, pero falla en dos aspectos fundamentales, confort del colchón y climatización deficiente, está última hace mucho ruido y el termostato no obedece, realemente pase algo de calor. Si bienes en coche
