We stayed in a junior suite. Was spacious, comfortable and well appointed Lovely, comfortable bed. The room had a homely feel, something one does not come across often in hotels, because of the layout with little nooks and corners. Very helpful, courteous and pleasant staff. The restaurant was very good.
I would have liked the bathroom to have been better lit. Not a big problem, though.
The location and the view.
The price was to high for this standard, the breakfast was to poor and the room in a 4star hotel had no fridge. Not good.
Angela was amazing and very helpful. great location, great restaurant with amazing food.
parking is far and the hotel was a little pricey
Location, staff, beautiful rooms
Hard beds, very small pool which was not clean,
The cliff top pool, amazing restaurant , location, staff.
Air con in the rooms let it down seriously .
Very helpful and friendly staff. Fantastic views over the gorge from our room and also the dining room, terrace and pool. Large room with comfortable furniture. Free wifi. Great setting for breakfast!
Not particularly cheap, but quality accommodation and excellent staff justifies the cost
Friendly and helpful staff!! Comfortable rooms, great restaurant and fantastic view!
The location was fantastic! It was on the best side of the bridge as you had the sun on you as we ate in their balcony Resturant until sunset. It's not the cheapest but ideal if you are looking for something romantic and special. The room we stayed in had a view of the Gorge! It was stunning. I would highly recommend this hotel.
The location was the key reason we chose the hotel; we were not disappointed. The communal areas are very tastefully decorated and furnished. Clearly a lot is new, but the quality and style matches the tradition of the old building that has been refurbished to a superb level. Staff were as friendly and helpful as any I have come across anywhere in the world. We felt very much at home and will return.
There are no sea views, but with global warming sea levels might rise sufficiently over the next few thousand years.
This is a lovely, handsomely appointed small hotel that is perfectly situated in a very picturesque spot. Our room was extremely nice with a breathtaking view of the gorge. The restaurant (same view) is world class. Very friendly personnel, too, and a good value as well.
We stayed in a junior suite and our views of the bridge and canyon were unbelievable. The room was comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Ronda was the highlight of our trip to Spain.
Great location, excellent room.
WiFi signal was poor
Location Restaurant Staff
The location, of course, is fantastic, but also the restaurant is very good in addition to the incomparable view.
The location service and decor of this hotel were exceptional. We really enjoyed our stay. Would stay again and recommend to others
The pillows were a little hard for our preference
The location couldn't be better with fantastic views of the gorge and the new bridge. Our evening meal on the terrace watching the sunset was excellent. The staff were all friendly, helpful and efficient.
We had a junior suite, decorated in the Andalusian/Moorish style, with a tiny railed balcony overlooking the gorge. It offered amazing views down the gorge or over the plain to the mountains and the setting sun. The two-person, stone-lined 'plunge pool' was an added delight. The restaurant terrace provided the same views as well as excellent food and service. Very romantic. Staff were very helpful, particularly with 'valet parking'.
Breakfast was a a bit 'take it or leave it'.
If you stay in Ronda, you must stay here. The view was breath taking, and can not be described or fully appreciated in pictures alone. We had dinner on their restaurant terrace at sunset, and were blown away, by the food, view, and experience. What a wonderful romantic way to spend our 24th wedding anniversary. The staff were friendly, accommodating and very welcoming. While in Spain we visited Barcelona, Malaga, Ronda, Sevilla and Madrid, and this hotel, view and city were one of the top highlights of our trip.
Staff in the hotel were friendly and helpful. Location of hotel was excellent.
Stunning location amazing views lovely old building beautifully modernised Right in the old town of Ronda Dining room terrace restaurant one of the best views ever Bedroom on the first floor was a good size ,very comfy. Staff couldnt have been more helpful Ask for parking when booking otherwise it maybe a bit of a walk and be prepared for the very narrow streets in the old town
We were unable to book a table in the restaurant but found an equally good one , with, arguably better views only 100m further up the street
friendly suff and very helpfull superb location
room on the smaller side
We stayed in a junior suite overlooking the gorge.it had one of the best views of any hotel room we've stayed in anywhere in the world! Overall a great place, lovely welcome on arrival from Angela, the split level room had everything we needed, and we had a lovely meal in the balcony restaurant watching the sun set over the mountains in the distance. Would highly recommend
The fact we were only able to stay one night because of our schedule.
