Location

We booked a sea veiw which we didn't get. They did up grade us for half board but the breakfast was very poor and we didn' bother with lunch.

Friendly staff, clean hotel and our room was upgraded when we arrived. The seaview was excellent.

Hot food was bland and repetative, no provision was made when we asked for a late checkout ( emailed before we went and asked twice during stay). No english channels on TV.

All staff very friendly and helpful. The location could not have been better - right opposite Poniente beach. We were there on a room only basis and so did not eat there but the rooms were very clean and fresh and there was little or no noise despite our stay being in high season.

It would have ben nice to have the room safe included in the room cost instead of having to pay extra for this and also we didn't use the TV as we assumed the remote for it also had to be rented. Otherwise, a perfect hotel.

Location is excellent, staff are friendly, facilities ok, the room we eventually got was lovely, if you're going to go, pay extra for the better rooms. Also during July and August this hotel is mostly used by Spanish holidaymakers, this we enjoyed as they were very friendly and mostly families.

The room we were allocated was a very dated double room and was extremely small, with the bed against a wall so you could not walk around. There was a very narrow opening to walk past the bed to the minute balcony, when we queried this they showed us a twin room which again was very dated and small. To move to the nicer room shown on booking.com cost us an additional €21 per night but it was worth it, although we found the total bill of €590 for 5 night excessive.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were very accommodating. Only stayed for one night so can't comment too much but was very satisfied.

The location was excellent, the staff were helpful and friendly,the hotel was clean and was well serviced and the price was very good. I have and would recommend this hotel to my friends here in Spain and would certainly use it again in the future. Thank you. Ray Edge

great location for the beach and the old town of Benidorm,We would recommend a sea view room as the outlook from the side is not very good.

The side view is grim from the tiny balcony,So a sea view is a must

La dureza de los colchones de la cama

Lo unico que no me gusto fue el trato por parte del personal de recepción ya que a nuestra llegada al hotel el recibimiento fue un poco frio, nada que ver con el trato tan agradable de las chicas del buffet. Por lo demas me parece un hotel estupendo y la relacion calidad precio excelente

Es un hotel con años encima, pero que mantiene lo básico para estar cómodo.

Situación centrica y vistas al mar

En ningún momento dispusimos de aire acondicionado o calefacción. A pesar de mi protesta a las dos horas de mi llegada, indicando que mi reserva era de habitación con aire acondicionado, me dijeron que no se había enchufado y que habia que esperar al día siguiente al técnico. A pesar d hacerles ver que no era mi problema, lo unico que consegui es que me pasaran un calefactor de mano a las 00:45 horas del primer dia. En ningún momento posterior de nuestra estancia solucionaron el problema ni tan siquiera nos dieron explicación alguna, demostrando una absoluta falta de profesionalidad y atención al cliente. Como otras observaciones, la puerta de entrada a la habitación ( 207 ) se habría y cerraba con dificultad, y la puerta del baño no cerraba.

Всё старое. Кровать ужасная... матрац проваливается и не имеет формы. Древний отель, требуется капитальный ремонт и замена всего.

Hemos estado el fin de semana dos perejas de mediana edad tirando a mayores, aparte que nos gusta el ambiente de benidor el hotel montemar nos a gustado mucho en todo, limpieza, trato del personal, ubicacion, comida bueno todo en general lo recomiendo.Voy a poner una cosa que no me gusta, pero eso es muy personal dado que no soporto los espacios cerrados, el comedor esta muy cerrado, si estubiera donde esta la cafeteria ya seria la perfeccion

Er zijn geen items die er positief uitsprongen, behalve misschien dat de lunchpakketjes, waar ik om had gevraagd omdat we vroeg moesten vertrekken, keurig klaar stonden.

De prijs-kwaliteit verhouding was ver beneden peil. De kamer was eenvoudig, maar netjes, de badkamer erg klein, de tv aan de muur kon niet worden gedraaid waardoor je niet een optimaal beeld had als je in bed lag te kijken, het eten(diner) was verschrikkelijk slecht, eentonig(volgens verschillende mensen) en smakeloos en de "eetzaal" deed sterk denken aan een kantine.

En cuatro dias tuvimos que cambiar dos veces de habitación. La primera fue una especie de cárcel, casi sin luz y en un sótano. La segunda fue mejor debido a que realizamos repetidas quejas al personal del hotel. El trato con el personal del hotel ha dejado mucho que desear. Antes de acusar de un hecho a los clientes deberían informarse y no hacer pasar por una situación bastante incómoda como la que nos hicieron pasar a nosotros. Además el buffet es bastante escaso y sin variedad. Por todas estas razones no recomiendo este hotel ya que en todos mis viajes no he tenido una experiencia tan mala.

Отличный отель для *** звезд. Отличное месторасположение. Каждый вечер ходили в рестораны в Старом городе и просто там гуляли. Все в шаговой доступности.Из окна шикарный вид на набережную и море. Персонал очень вежливый. Контингент-одни пожилые пары из Европы. Но нам это не мешало, в номер приходили только отдыхать. Рекомендую.

Не было влажной уборки за все 8 дней пребывания. (Песок на полу в комнате(:, но в душевой его убирали:)!
