I did not like the hotel at all - the most of the information on booking.com about it was false - the hotel is far from the beach, there is no free shuttle bus to take guests to the beach; the room was small and dated; the food was very disappointing. Do not go there - it is a waste of your time and money!!!

In this hotel we met somee problem, but hotel personal staf was 100% helpful in all acasions. They offer us beteer room when check in, as happend without extracharge when checkout. All was very nice and you can get forrm this hotel all youwant with it staf, they have also russian speacking staff in the restrant and on reception.

Only room 145, we were accommodated from start - noisy form the compressor outside the wall of the room, some kitchen equipment, as we were described. So I said I need other room, without air-pump near my pillow, they give us other without hesitation, bigger one and free of charge, very helpful reception and other staff. The other small inconvinience - we have no safe in the room, only 4 holes in the wall where it should be. So we were offered to use the safe on storage room near the reception - not bed, after all they solve all our problem. Air conditioner working well. Spa - wonderful, but we dont use it - too expensive for us, when there is 30 degree outside and see 25 and beach 10 min, may bee in winter it will be more usefull. And when you want the fried eg on breakfast, be prepaired to show your own to the waiter, becouse he may not speack any other language, than you dont speak.But cost of the residence and the helpfulnes off other staff vanish all the small inconvinience.

As a family with young children we found the hotel to be comfortable, clean and have the facilities to suit both adults and children. Out door pool maintained to a good standard. Breakfast being included, there was a good selection from the buffet and cooked menu. We enjoyed our stay.

The food and beverages at the pool bar were expensive.

Amplitud de los espacios y de la habitación , amabilidad de las personas del hotel jardines, piscinas, aparatos de finesas en los jardines, spa, el casino, el piano bar.. muy bueno el bufet de desayuno, interesante la gran terraza.

De ligging en de grootte van de kamer; badkamer en balkon waren te klein; lang wachten bij inchecken; moeilijk om lopend naar het strand te gaan; voetgangersgelicht zat op slot!

La decoration et le confort de l'hotel, ainsi que le personnel tres agreable; tres bon restaurant

чистые номера, приветливый персонал, удобное расположение, если приехали по делам, не для пляжного отдыха!

отсутствует фитнес, то есть ничего ни одного тренажера! есть так называемый Wellnes, но часы работы очень не удобные! нельзя ввоспользоваться ни сауной ни бассейном до завтрака, т.е. до 10:00 и после 19:00 все закрыто! это не приемлемо для городского отеля!

Il était noté grande terrasse, en fait c'est un petit balcon et nous n'avions pas vue sur le jardin mais sur un parking.

Le petit dejeuner etait excellent (pain au chocolat et donuts delicieux mieux que nulle part ailleur )mais aucune animation dans l hotel et cela manque bcp pour un cinq etoiles;le spa est moin bien qu ailleur la piscine est froide et il n y a qu un jaccuzy chaud un hamam et sauna pour 10e et en plus il faut reserver contrairement a l hotel evenia palace ou le spa est au top pour 15e sans reserver ni meme resider a l hotel

Nos ha encantado. Lástima que fué breve la estancia. Pensamos volver en una escapadilla de estas. Todo perfecto, y las camas, lo mejor de lo mejor dormimos como angelitos en ellas... tán grandes y cómodas Tambien fué agradable la velada que pasamos en el casino. Saludos.
