Excellent value for money

The room with 4 bunk beds was a bit cramped,even though I had it for myself. The reception opens only late in the morning.

The location is closed to the city.

Very dirty and crowded. The locker is just 10cm next to the bed, so everyone will wake you while they access to the locker.

The hostel offers all needed, for the price paid! We were allowed to check in earlier without questioning (I suppose because we didn't travel at the peak season), other bonuses were the towels and wi-fi.

The only downside of the hostel was the overheated room. We tried turning the heater on, but it was still super hot, and we slept with an open window in February.

Good value for money, it was not far from city center. Would return.

The room was REALLY hot and we had to sleep with the window open in late December... Also one of the bed sheets had lots of hair in it.

The lady on reception was extremely helpful and friendly. Location lively but not rowdy. Room clean and functional. Secure locker.

The woman at reception was so lovely! The hostel was clean and my bed was very comfortable. We really enjoyed the neighbourhood the hostel is situated in. The top bunks don't have side rails though so not suitable for very restless sleepers!

The LATE check-in time. I was on a day trip with my boyfriend and our flight arrived at 9 am-- we had to lug all of our suitcases around Bilbao all day. We were so exhausted by 4:30 that we went upstairs and fell asleep. There is no internet in the hotel rooms which isn't ideal. But the chill-out room makes it very convenient.

Room cleaness was not ideal, both room and restroom.

It was the only free hostel in Bilbao in that time.

Hostel was dirty and not friendly.

The location was walking distance (0-30 mins) to most places.

The rooms had more beds then they could accommodate. The floors were dusty and there was no soap or toilet paper in the bathroom. The room wasn't cleaned in the 3 days we were there even though people were checking in/out around us. The water in the sink ran brown occasionally. It said the rooms had wifi however we were on the top floor and it did not work, we had to go sit in the foyer. The foyer itself was messy with boxes open and stacked everywhere. We arrived at 2:30 to check in but on arrival (it was not mentioned anywhere before) we learned that they are closed unil 4:30pm-10pm. When they did open it took 1.5hours for us to be checked in, we were only 5th in line and there was another 20 people behind us at this point so they had to wait much longer. There is a lift at the back however it is not apparent from the front and they did not tell us it was there so we pulled our 25kg bags up 5 flights of stairs before we realised at the top. We were charged €35 a night each for a 6 bed dorm when it was not even worth half that.

Fue imposible dormir de noche por el ruido que hacían afuera de las habitaciones y por los pasillos los que se hospedaban en el hostal..

Las habitaciones están bastante bien para ser camas de literas. El baño está correcto. Tienen una sala con tele y wifi. Hay microondas a tu disposición en la sala.Te ofrecen café y té.

En la sala la zona del fregadero y el microondas no está limpia. Es una zona común que nadie limpia. Se acumulan vasos y platos sucios que huelen mal.

Me ha gustado mucho el trato y la posibilidad de guardar mi bici sin problema.

A pesar de lo absurdo de los horarios de la recepción, el personal de la misma es sumamente amable cuando está, ayudan en todo lo que pueden y dan buenos consejos.

No hay recepción 24 horas, ni 12 horas continuas, es un verdadero incordio. La última noche dejó de funcionar la tarjeta para entrar por la puerta principar después de la hora de la cena y hay que ir a otro hostal a 3 estaciones de metro. Absurdo.

Pastaigas gājienā labākie muzeji, ko Bilbao piedāvā. Atpūtas telpās ir mikroviļņu krāsns un tējas/kafijas piederumi, neliels ledusskapis kopējai izmantošanai. Labs, stabils internets, kas paredzēts atpūtas telpās, bet mums dzīvojot 1 stāvā (Nr.102) bija to iespējams uztvert arī numuriņā.

Virspusēja tīrība, prasījās tīrāks. Numuriņā pat ar aizgrieztiem radiatoriem neciešami karsts, arī logu īsti nevar visu laiku turēt vaļā, jo pagalmā ir smēķētava. Grīda pie radiatoriem tik karsta, ka piesilda visu istabu neciešami karstu.Tā Kā logi nav hermētiski noslēgti, tad, pat ar aizvērtiem logiem, kad kāds smēķēja, mūsu istabiņa piepildījās ar dūmu smaku. 5 nakšu laikā, ko tur pavadījām, nereizi netika uzkopts numuriņš. Divvietīgā numura vietā iedalīja 4vietīgu, lai arī bez citiem viesiem, bet gultas bija divstāvīgas, augšējā gulta pārāk zemu, līdz ar to gultā sēdēt nebija iespējams, krēsla vai galda ar nebija, gaismu var ieslēgt vai izslēgt tikai apakšējā gultā guļošais, kam tā gaisma nemaz tā īsti netiek. Nav naktslapiņu.

O hostel é arrumado, tem um espaço pra convivência que é bacana, o atendimento foi ótimo e nos facilitou bastante porque tivemos uma confusão com a data de check-in e eles resolveram de forma rápida e prática pra nós, sem precisar que ficassemos esperando. O quarto é um pouco apertado e o aquecimento é bem quente, o que causa um certo desconforto às vezes.
