The sitting and breakfast area. Although it was free Internet, it's not wireless and you need to ask for a cable at reception. Having stayed over a Friday and Saturday and having been given a room on the main road side, we slept badly due to street noise (people out). The worst of all for me, was that we booked a non-smoking room but were given a smoking one. The excuse from the receptionist was that we had booked on the Internet... I pointed out they could have emailed us or something, they said they did not have our details! I would not have stayed in the hotel if I had know I would have to stay in the smoking area. The smell was unpleasant.

Although the hotel is not centrally located it is within easy reach of the main attractions. It is a modern and cosy hotel with very friendly and helpful staff and a nice decoration. Breakfast could be improved.

Muy buena gestión por parte de recepción. Ademas las virtudes del hotel, tiene a su vera uno de los restaurantes mas emblematicos de A Coruña, "Manolito". Esto le da un valor adicional de peso, puesto que tanto comidas o cenas estan resueltas con gusto. Puedes bajar del hotel y degustar las mejores viandas gallegas, asi como los mejores vinos y licores, sin tener que dar explicaciones... ni al director de trafico, ni al vehiculo... tomando una buena siesta... Todo no se puede en esta vida... la cercania del paseo maritimo ó del mar, queda lejos de un paseo. Entoces a coger el coche o taxi...

Falta de calefacción en zonas comunes y en la habitación hasta que no llevaba un tiempo el aire acondicionado frio tambien. Falta de bidet en el baño.

La atención de su personal es excelente. No hay ruidos de la calle o de otras habitaciones. Muy limpio. Buena ubicación junto a un centro comercial y la Estación de Autobuses y bien comunicado con el centro de la ciudad por autobuses muy frecuentes o una cercana parada de taxis. Ninguna queja, cumplió nuestras expectativas y repetiremos en el hotel en nuestra siguiente visita a a Coruña.

El precio, el mobiliario nuevo y la ubicación. La ducha es excesivamente pequeña y no desaloja el agua, lo que hace que el cuarto de baño se inunde.

Buena relación calidad-precio y es bastante cómodo. Además tiene un diseño agradable y funcional. El hotel está en el centro y el aparcamiento está horrible. Al final la solución es meterlo en el parking porque pierdes mucho tiempo dando vueltas.

Lo mejor es su precio y ubicación, por cierto en respuesta a otro comentario del hotel, reitero el bar de tapas de al lado "Manolito", el personal fue muy atento, me gusta la decoración. Por decir algo, el plato de ducha era muy estrecho.
