The Mora is small, clean and very central to everything. It's a good value, comfortable location in central Madrid. Recommended.
Amazing location in the center. Very easy to find. Asked for a "Happy Birthday" card as special request and they did a very nice one. Very comfortable and good price.
Heater was in the maximum and the room was still cold. Emergency light inside room was always on, and making a small buzz noise all night.
Staff were friendly. The room was quiet even though it overlooked the main road. Bed was comfortable.
I stayed for a few days, rooms are clean and modern, staff know what to do, great location and there is small cafe in the hotel. It was already winter in Madrid but no cold in the room as it was all the time warm.
Bathroom bit small but for a short stay its ok. The most important fact was bathroom was clean so i didnt care much about space.
a bit anonymous and bland
location, great for art, shopping, eating, exploring and connections between airport and AVE trains at Atocha
Staff was incredibly nice and helpful, cleanliness, great location close to landmarks and transportation stations, great value.
You'll hear anything that happens in the corridors and the vents seem to be connected, which translates into an intense smoke smell if someone smokes in another room (it is a no smoking hotel, but some of the guests aren't very thoughtful).
-wifi was strong -close to the train station -close to food options -restaurant downstairs -quiet despite the proximity to the street
-the bath tub did not have a curtain. Instead there was a glass shield that only covered half of the tub, which allowed a lot of spray to end up on the floor.
The hotel has excellent location within Madrid. The staff personnel are pleasant and helpful. The coffee shop next door is perfect for a quick breakfast. Considering its location, the price is reasonable.
We did think the beds were a bit too firm, but we still were able to sleep well after a busy day of sightseeing.
This hotel is in a prime location for visiting a lot of the attractions on the Paseo del Prado. It has a lot of restaurants round about as well. Very convenient for the railway station.
You could here quite a lot of noise early in the morning.
This was my second stay at hotel mora and again was not disappointed.I have found the hotel to be spotlessly clean, comfortable, quiet and great value. The adjoining bar is also very friendly and good value.
Las personas en la reception excelent
Excellent location for main railway station, Prado Museum, Retiro Parque also for Tourist Buses.
Our bedroom was very small - only big enough for a single bed, not double.
Cheap and cheerful.Good location.clean.
Location, very central to everything.
One of the four front counter staff had attitude. Washroom very small.
In previous times we had been accommodated on a lower floor, which resulted in a not too nice atmosphere. (There was a certain smelly scent due to plumbing.) This time they were kind to offer us a higher floor room, which improved the situation.
Excellent cafe, receptionists assistance, location is the best
Antiseptics smell in the room but floor in toilen was not clean after previous guest (hair behind waste-bin)
Excellent location, with a nice restaurant bar attached where we had our breakfast each morning before we set off on our various sightseeing walks each day. The number 6 bus which is about 3 minutes away takes you near enough to Plaza Mayor and all that goes with it!!! I would safely recommend this hotel. John
I was told Taxi to airport was a fixed charge of €30.00, but the taxi driver (booked by hotel) charged €35.00! No time to argue.
Location is a real plus for this Hotel located opposite the Parque del Retiro and the Prado as well as many of the shops. This is excellent value for money as our room was spacious, comfortable and clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. There is also an excellent cafe attached to the Hotel - not that eating places are difficult of find!
Near the metro station
Room was too warm because the air conditioning was no working. We didnt sleep at all
Friendly staff, clean, quiet (when both windows closed).Located between two major art museums.
The hotel is great for it's location. I also really liked the restaurant which is particularly good for lunch.
The hotel is right on the Paseo del Prado, two blocks away from the museum, and about two blocks from Atocha train station. The room faced the street with a balcony but was very quiet. The attached café was easy and reasonably priced for meals. They were kind enough to keep my luggage for me while I was out of Madrid for two days. Good Wi-Fi access.
I had a single room at my request, and the room and bath were really tiny. I had to turn sideways to squeeze out of the bathroom between the sink and doorway.
location, is near by Atocha train station and Prado museum.
