The staff were excellent. The hotel was spotless. The location was perfect. No outside breakfast and dinner dining facilities. The bar closed too early. No entertainment in bar area. |

Habitación grande, piscina agradable y personal encantador La ubicación, Puerto Rico está excesivamente dirigido al turista inglés. En este sentido el lugar donde está el hotel no es nada acogedor. Otro punto negativo, que todas las actividades de animación del hotel eran en inglés y para los ingleses. Aunque probablemente tampoca habriamos hecho uso de ellas ni que fueran en castellano. |

The staff (especially frontdesk) are extremely helpful and friendly. The location fantastic and rooms are very spacious. Highly recommended. Need to get down car to intercom for car entry/exit of hotel parking . |

Great location, delightful female staff on reception - the males were not nearly as pleasant or knowledgable, also in the bar area. Hard beds, but willing to provide a foam mattress. Slippery tiles around jaccuzi and pool which is almost unforgivable- I fell over once with severe bruising and watched a few others almost fall on the two occasions we were brave enough to attempt a swim. |

Lo mejor sin duda ha sido la limpieza, impecable, la limpieza se realizaba todos los días. La piscina es bastante amplia con facilidades de acceso para personas mayores y niños. Otro aspecto positivo es que el hotel se encuentra ubicado en una buena zona, cerca de la playa . Por ultimo, el aire acondicionado en las habitaciones es otro aspecto que considero muy positivo. Lo que no me gusto es que habiamos señalado en la reserva que queriamos una habitacion con buenas vistas y nos dieron una orientada hacia la carretera y no hacia el muelle. Parecía que estabamos en la zona discriminada del complejo. Ademas sobre nuestra habitación habían unos motores enormes (no se, del aire acondiciondo del complejo serían...) y eran molestos para dormir. |

Amplitud, limpieza, equipamiento y decoración de las habitaciones. Amabilidad del personal. El buffet del desayuno era muy bueno, y el menú de la cena no era muy amplio, pero suficiente para tener donde elegir y cenar bien. Las instalaciones de piscina excelentes. No hay animación infantil. Y los espectáculos nocturnos van más dirigidos a clientes extranjeros. |

En general el hotel está bien. En la piscina no deberian dejar colchones y flotadores. La caja fuerte debe ser un servicio gratuito incluido en el precio de la habitación |
