Located very close to the beach, very friendly and helpful staff, value for money. The view from our room was a brick wall. The food was o.k. but not much choose. On one day it rained and there was nothing in the hotel to do. The pool was a bit small and the sunbathing area was also small, would not like to be here when it is busy.

A really well presented little hotel in a nice quiet part of town, but still with really easy reach of everything and very close to the Northern end of Lloret beach. Thank you Moremar!

The room is so tiny that you can hardly walk in the room. Breakfast is awfull. Location is awfull: our windows faced the private appartments with noisy inhabitants. So we could not sleep at nignt because of their wild screams. Staff was very helpful.

The bed was comfy and the location was quiet, and when I was leaving early in the morn, I was given a coffee and a pastry. The food was absolutely terrible, cold and a very limited choice. Only ate there once as it was so grim, and I was sick that night. The breakfast wasn't much better again terrible choice and was all luke warm also the coffee machine was not workin one morning which was the only thing u could risk eating! I'm not a fussy eater at all and am pretty laid back but this was the worse hotel restaurant I have ever seen! Terrible value for money and the pictures shown of the hotel on trip advisor are not realistic of how this hotel looks, there was also no entertainment within the hotel. I was very dissapointed and would warn anyone from staying here.

I want to thank all the staff for their work! This is a very kind and helpful people! The room was always clean and tidy. Me and my friends really liked the hotel location. It is a 10-15 minute walk from the central bus station. And thank God, far from the clubs and bars, because it is impossible to sleep at night in the hotels wich are lying near by. We are very happy! My next vacation in Spain will be in this hotel!

I really like the staff of the Hotel. We felt like they know us from long time. Very kind people, always smiling and trying to their best. Specially Milagros was someone who spread happiness to everyone... The food was fair. Nothing really special but I believe is a good value from money.

Habitacion con su balcon particular Desayuno, lo unico que probamos,tuvimos que tomar cafe en cafeteria paseo lloret, y por favor rellenen gel para manos.Gracias,pero asi no quita que por una noche aun se pueda ir.

El hotel se encuentra cerca del centro, está bien situado. Desde el exterior da la imagen de un hotel muy sencillo, aunque cuando entras esa imagen cambia. Las habitaciones dan sensación de limpieza y estan decoradas con gusto, salvo el televisor que a pesar de ser de plasma su tamaño es ridículo. El buffet pasable para el precio Poca variedad del buffet. Experiencia negativa con el recepcionista del hotel. Quisiera destacar el trato que tuvimos por uno de los empleados que hizo que nos quedara un mal recuerdo de nuestra estancia. En concreto nos sentimos ofendidas por uno de los recepcionistas, el cual mientras esperamos al ascensor se mostró muy desconfiado, nos preguntó el número de habitacion en el que estabamos alojadas, al cual le respondimos, al cabo de 5 minutos llamó a nuestra habitación para comprobar que fuese cierto, no contento con eso al poco rato subió afirmando que había una tercera persona más en la habitación y que se la mostraramos, lo cual no era cierto ( mientras esperábamos el ascensor había una mujer con una maleta). La verdad es que es la primera vez que nos pasa algo asi y nos sentimos muy descontentas por el trato recibido.

j'ai beaucoup apprécié l'amabilité et l'efficacité du personnel. l'hôtel très légèrement excentré permet de ne pas avoir le bruit extérieur tout en étant quand même très proche du centre-ville (5 minutes à pied) et très proche de la plage. nous envisageons d'y retourner avec nos petits enfants car à la période où nous étions, l'hôtel était très tranquille. très bon rapport qualité/prix. mobilier un peu rudimentaire, pas de chaise dans la chambre. manque un peu de choix au bar. télé uniquement en espagnol.
