El trato del personal, el entorno, la posibilidad de bufet libre en todas las comidas (ideal para niños), zonas de juego para niños, proximidad a las pistas de esqui, spa y tratamientos. Lo recomiendo para todas las familias con niños. Nosotros repetiremos. La habitación de dos personas un poco pequeña pero como viajamos con perro no se nos podía dar otra habitación más grande.

Ens han agradat molt les obres de millora que s'han realitzat de cara a millorar les ofertes de l'establiment així com els seus equipaments. Hem disfrutat de la piscina coberta així com del follet Cerdà malgrat que els pares no puguem entrar al mini-park! Hem estat en una habitació per 4 a l'hotel i com sempre hem passat molta calor a la part de dalt del dúplex i l'aparell de ventilació no refredava!ª

He ido con mi pareja y nos ha gustado muchisimo el hotel! Tiene un encanto especial, cuando amanece ves las montañas nevadas desde la cama. El spa genial también, muy muy traquilo! El desayuno buenisimo, mucha variedad, yo soy de dulce y había todo tipo de bollería y onzas de chocolate (buenisimo jaja) mi pareja es más de salado y también se puso hasta arriba! Está en un pueblo muy pequeño y encantador rodeado de montañas y un paisaje precioso para ir a caminar. Eso si hace bastante frio pero en las habitaciones con la calefacción no se nota. Había visto comentarios que decían que había muchos niños... no es cierto, hay los mismos que te puedes encontrar en cualquier hotel, en este caso sólo 4... Ideal para escapada romántica! Volveremos!!! Si hay algo que podría mejorar es que no hay cama grande son 2 pequeñas que están juntas

Els espais exteriors són agradables, l'spa, piscina estàn molt bé... Buffet d'esmorzar no ens va agradar gens. Pagues un preu per dormir en una habitació tant vella, estava net, però una mica de reformes no aniria pas malament. Aquest hotel es pot valorar mès pels serveis que dóna que no pas per les pròpies habitacions-buffet.
