The Staff were very helpful, polite and willing to do the extra like confirming our late arrival by email and mobile message. The Hotel is situated in a excellent position with plenty of free parking directly opposite and only 10 minutes walk to the Old Town Centre. The rooms are traditional which give you a true feeling of been in France. We will definately stay again when in the area and recommend the Hotel.

The location was ideal as we were going to visit friends in France and it was a good halfway stop. The staff were helpful and the food was good. We enjoyed our stay and had no hesitation to book it for our return journey.

Good location Room was a single size there was no room to get out of one side of the bed.The noise from neighbours went on all night , every night don't stay here if you want some sleep!

No estuve en mur por que no habían recibido la reserva.Nos instalaron en Las Nieves 2 estrellas. La noche del sábado imposible dormir por el escándalo que montaron unos joven sanos en toda una planta A los dos dias nos dijeron que habían cambiado el fax y no habían recibido la reserva, por lo que nos mandaron a otro hotel de la cadena a 200m

Céntrico y estupenda relación calidad precio. El desayuno debería empezar antes, a las 7:00, ya que todos los que vamos a esquiar madrugamos. Se forman grandes colas porque todo el hotel quiere desayunar pronto.

Su ubicación es estupenda.La habitación interior tenía buenas ventanas, una gran televisión plana y una cama cómoda.La limpieza era buena. Las vistas a la Ciudadela desde el comedor son muy bonitas. Aparcar con la ota no es nada fácil.En la habitación además de oirse a todos los vecinos hacía frío puesto que no encencieron la calefacción nada más que en el pasillo.Quien no soporte las cortinas de ducha que no vaya. La comida era demasiado de batalla, tanto en la cena como en el desayuno. Para gente jovencísima puede ser una opción interesante,pero yo no vuelvo,al menos en temporada de ski

Su ubicacion... y poco mas La habitacion no se corresponida con las fotos, era como del siglo pasado mas o menos. Nos ubicaron en una habitación de la planta baja, no se con que criterio, y estaba justo debajo del comedor, y a partir de las 7 de la mañana, el ruido de arrastrar mesas y sillas era insufrible, el sábado a la tarde no había agua caliente, la solución que nos dieron en recepción fue "esperar unos 20 minutos a que se llene el tanque térmico" dudo que vuelva.

Buscábamos un hotel barato y sencillo, pero a la vez cómodo para pasar un fin de semana esquiando en Candanchu. El hotel cumplió nuestras espectativas. Durante el día había mucho ruido de grupos de chavales que se hospedaban en el hotel. Lo bueno es que para las 12 de la noche el hotel estaba en silencio. Eso si a las 7 de la mañana comenzaba otra vez el trajín. No nos importó porque nosotros también teníamos que madrugar.
