The location was ideal as we were going to visit friends in France and it was a good halfway stop. The staff were helpful and the food was good. We enjoyed our stay and had no hesitation to book it for our return journey.

I've stayed at this hotel before on a previous motorcycling holiday and would use it again. It is nicely situated at the foot of the Pyrenees and an easy run from Santander or Bilbao. The restaurant is basic but very good value. They do not have secure motorcycle parking but nobody seems to mind you parking up against the wall by the main entrance.

We were a group of 3 men and 2 women just off an international overnight flight, driving from Barcelona to a vacation house in the pyrenees, booked into a double and a triple. Comfortable beds, good showers, excellent breakfast, served late (until 10am). Within walking distance of many restaurants and cafes, and the very interesting church and ciudad. Free parking for the car not too far away, with a place just outside to unload and load luggage. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. All of us thought this hotel met our needs very well at a very reasonable price. Street noise with windows open in room at front of hotel, including partying passers-by. Not loud enough to keep us awake.

Superb location. Four separate beds for the family room. Great buffet continental breakfast. Really nice ambiance - historic building with evidence of being restored on a shoestring budget but much better this than to be run by a chain. Wi-fi was good in public area. Great restaurant (Biarritz) just round the corner and the centre of Jaca on the doorstep. Parking in the town's central below-ground car park was easy and only a five-minute walk away. Would stay here again. The hotel was very simply furnished but at this price to be expected. Would not recommend this for anyone who likes and expects Hotel Mercure standards. Our family room faced away from the street and had no view which was a shame as the ones on the front looked lovely, but we had two windows providing a through-flow of air and the noise of nearby airconditioning (the next building we think) wasn't really a problem.
