Trato del personal excelente. La cama y almohadas muy cómodas Habitación amplia La TV no funcionaba Y la habitación tenía demasiados ventanales que son muy bonitos, pero no tenían doble cortina y dejaba pasar toda la luz

Friendly staff, well run and casual. Very nice room, well appointed, fast internet! The town is tidy and the locals were very helpful! Out the gate, and to the right will take you to a couple of really good Bakeries and cafes

The hotel is situated very well in the old part of town close to a couple of sites worth seeing. The staff was very friendly and helped out, even fetching a spanish/english dictionary to help us. The stay was excellent and the food even better.

Su personal ha sido en todo momento muy atento y sus instalaciones son estupendas. Es un hotel acogedor y al mismo tiempo moderno. En estos momentos el acceso al hotel ha sido complicado por motivo de obras en calles y carreteras.

The restaurant served very good food. However it is only open when enough people reserve so not every day. There is almost never anyone at the reception and you end up waiting around until someone happens to notice that you are there. The staff is polite and answers your questions but without ever providing extra help so it is difficult to obtain information on what to do in the area. The hotel has an agreement with another hotel to share the spa. It costs about 27 euros per person for 90 minutes and the spa is great, BUT out of the four parts (sauna, pool, cold shower and Turkish baths) only the pool and the sauna were working. No-one told us about this and when we mentioned it at the reception the lady apologized but still charged us the full amount!! We asked if we could have coffee and a piece of toast one morning and that is what we got: for 12 euros!!! In short, the hotel was comfortable, but it felt like the more money they could get out of us with the least work, the better...
