Staff were welcoming and helpful. The hotel was busy and active in the reception areas. The breakfast was good value for money at 6€. The hotel is only minutes away from the historic quarter where the tapas bars create the nocturnal scene. Access directly from the garage to the bedrooms was convenient. The shower in the bathroom was particularly good. The beds were comfortable and the room quiet. There was no refrigerator in the bedroom. WiFi was only accessible in the public areas.

Le critère premier de notre choix était la situation dans le centre ville, à quelques dizaines de mètres du vieux centre, notamment de la "calle del Laurel" et de ses pinchos. Pas de parking à l'hôtel, mais à 50m deux parkings publics ... attention, l'un est payant, l'autre est "libre". Seul point négatif de cet hôtel, le personnel, trés froid, pas aimable ... et je suis bi-lingue !! J'ignore quelle attitude ces personnes auraient avec un client étranger ne parlant pas español ! ... Dommage ! Por si a caso, alguien del hotel lee este comentario, hay que decir a esta gente que una sonrisa, un saludo, unas gracias no cuestan nada y dan buena imagen.

No me ha gustado nada. El hotel es muy caro para la calidad de la habitación, deberían revisar el número de sus estrellas. Es un hotel que desde la puerta de la habitación decepciona. personal de recepción no fue amable. La chica de la limpieza fue la más educada y amable. No volveré a coger habitación en está cadena de hoteles.

Los detalles: fruta y agua en la habitación, caramelos, nota de bienvenida... Que no tiene champú, pasta dentífrica, y otros utensilios de baño en la habitación, pero puedes pedirlos en recepción.

Lo único bueno es la proximidad al centro y que haya un parking público muy cercano con muchas plazas. Está limpio. Las instalaciones son viejas, muebles antiguos, baño con olor a humedad. No hay ningún detalle de atención para el cliente (bueno sí, una pera y una manzana de bienvenida).
