Location right on the camino out of town. This is not a Pilgrim friendly hotel. Fine for business. No laundry facilities, did not seem aware of Jacotrans. They advertise AC but we moved rooms and it did not work in either. Restaurant is not welcoming. Caters to large groups of older tourists

Really friendly reception staff. We were given a map on arrival & told where all the restaurants, tapas bars were, all of which were very good! There was also a nice gesture of a bottle of wine waiting in our room on arrival. Nothing :)

good parking in a garage and close proximity to all the bars and tapas we needed for an overnight stay . Good breakfast nice staff Rooms are a bit echoing ,not good soundproofing

The hotel is right on the Camino de Santiago. It is modern, clean and functional. There was a computer for the use of the guests. Logrono itself is a lively and fun place, and the hotel was well-placed to enjoy the attractions.. We had breakfast in the hotel. It was OK, but we should have gone to one of the nearby bars and had real coffee instead.

Location was good, price at €105 for two nights was very cheap and the room was spotless Staff were uninterested, boardering dismissive, the first floor, in fact all floors, were dingy and smelt fairly badly, the car park was full supposedly, and ot was expensive anyway, €19 a day

Great location, close to the old town and directly on the camino. However not up to the 3 star standard claimed. Four of us stayed at the hotel in two rooms. The rooms were clean but basic, and the service was ok. Could not use the hotel underground parking because of the size of the vehicle (vw), so had to use the free city parking nearby. No wifi in the rooms but could use it (free) in the hotel lounge and on the rear patio. Seems to be frequently used by tour groups as we saw two different ones during our stay.

Unbeatable price for a three star, excellent location and friendly staff, also spacious room with a good bed. The hotel is a little worn, there´s only WiFi in the lowest end of the hotel. Ask for a room at the first floor if you need WiFi access,

For us it offers a break in our journey from the northernferry/ seaports of Spain to the Costa Blanca. Convenient just off the motorway in a safe pleasant city where one can have a late glass of wine overlooking the majestic cathedral a short walk from the hotel. They reserved us a parking space which was much appreciated.
