This Hotel was great! The only one thing we had an issue with was that we had put in a special request for a Queen size/Double bed specifically not twin beds am we were given twin beds. I asked reception for a room move and explained the request when booking (we booked 1 month ahead in off season) however staff explained the hotel was full an there was nothing they could do about it. We also paid for Internet for 4 days and experienced many drop outs however once discussing this with reception they reimbursed us one day.

The location was fantastic, right next to the sea and only a 10 minute walk to Ibiza town. The decor was very modern and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. We asked on booking the hotel for a travel cot for our 3 month old baby. When we arrived we were told we had been moved to a bigger room to accommodate the travel cot ( which was supplied free of charge). Unfortunately our room was on the sixth floor, and the lift only went to floor 5, which meant we had a flight of stairs to negotiate with our pushchair.

We went for the half board option and got a great price. The food was pretty basic but sufficient, what you would expect to get for the price - there was lots of options. The room with the seaside view was lovely and spacious.- 10 out of 10 for the room. The pool area is great and the have english TV channels which is always nice to have. Having to pay for the Wifi in this day in age is a bit ridiculous. The bar staff were not very friendly apart from the three dark haired ladies that worked in the restaurant.

Right on the beach, quite location away from the bars and clubs but not too far away. Great restaurants and the hotel itself was more than I imagined. Unfriendly staff service towards the night, but I was trying to bring a few girls back and let them use the bathroom and chill. They threw up out because I was trying to sneak a few girls back through the patio, which should not matter because I am a guest but the guy was an unreal douche.

This hotel has been recently renovated (main lobby, rooms, bar area...) but still some renovation work to do (staircases, pool area,...) i knew the hotel before and was in a very overrun condition, now with the new investments it gives a bright clear crisp design look, what looks perfect with the seaview rooms. small but beautifull rooms, you can sleep at night with window open and hear the noise of the sea. Definitely take a seaview room, it's fully worth the price ! The only main problem of this hotel is it's management (in case its manager) and this attitude reflects on most of his staff (front office, bar, cleaning ladies...) at the front desk when checking in they ask you the full prepayment of your stay, first of all they told that this was general procedure at this hotel, but we found this pretty weird as we paid a flexible and no not-refundable rate. I asked to see the hotel and the room first, this was possible but went very very slowly and non-friendly. I met the manager and asked him about his full prepayment policy and that this made no sense, as i was offering him a caution with a amex platinum (with which i could have buyed the whole hotel) but they wanted cash money or credit card payments before you get acces to the hotel. Travelling all around the world, and for such a nice hotel, this is a really problem, as apparently they have to deal with cash flow problems. Besides that point, the manager was very rude and impolite, we met him several times during our stay, but he was much more concerned about eating his lunch and the cash machine at the bar and even never paid attention to the customers or said HI, something that anyone in the hotel did (can you imagine crossing cleaning ladies or front desk people with saying HI and don't get any reply ? ) Poor breakfast area (in the basement without any windows), arrogant and rude staff but breakfast OK. Old pool area, I guess they will invest this winter season in a renovation, which will make the hotel complete. All this comments were send to the main office of the BG hotels, as I fully see the potential of such a beautifull hotel on a perfect spot, but with a serious mismanagement (read : an incompetent and rude spanish guy calling himself the manager) things could be turning very bad.

High standard room and location. Great sea views from the higher floors. Pool area needs to be renovated as a bit shabby and not inviting, evidenced by few people utilising. WiFi on higher floors was sporadic. Was also very cheeky to be charged to use the safe and ridiculous to be charged "per device" to use the WiFI - circa EUR 45 per device for 2 weeks!

I liked its proximity to the beach. It was a clean hotel, no frills. The staff was simply so slow and the check in and check out process took ten times longer than it should have. Also, the clerk read the room number out loud, which they should never do for security reasons, especially when there's a long line at the counter.

Location very close to Ibiza town which I love The Price it's a 3 star hotel with 5 star price. Booked room with sea view for 9 nights for 1900 euro. When I arrived got charged another 770 euro for my girlfriend. Told me 1 only booked a double room for 1 person. Total rip off and staff not friendly. Could not recommend this hotel for the price. 1500 would be more than enough.
