We had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was very good, terrace was super drinks were great price considering its Ibiza, pay the extra for Seaview rooms as the view is worth it. Rooms were modern with great bathrooms and were spotlessly clean. Breakfast room was ok but the breakfast was very good. The staff from reception to house keeping to waiters were all very attentive. Pool area was good. All in all a great stay. I would definitely go back and probably will in May. Close to Ibiza old town with bars and a supermarket near by. the best hotel in the area.
Cleaning staff were excellent. Position of the hotel was very good.
Food was generally cold/tepid and selection was limited. Room had balcony but no chairs and no sea view, only view to the street. Sea view rooms were vacant, but not available to us. Bath was difficult to enter and get out through lack of space, no handrail. No English channels after 6pm on TV. On more than 1 occasion, waiter was rude/short in response to my request.
Front staff, Yolanda. Se held my passports and then told me to "shut up" when I raised my voice to get them back. Absolutely unbelievable how unhelpful she was
Location was good
The late night staff were rude
The bar and terrace
The smell from the drain in the bathroom
Our room with a sea view and balcony was great - stylish decoration and lovely bathroom - just like the photos. Worth specifying as the road-side rooms don't have balcony or views. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast offered a good selection and ran till 10.30am (on the dot!) The bar was stylish and had a lovely relaxing terrace with sea-view.
We returned to have a nightcap in the bar at midnight on Friday - and it was closing. They said we could take a drink to our room which obviously didn't work. Not sure if this is also the closing time in high season (we went mid October). The 20 minute + walk into the town centre involves walking up and down lots of steps - not ideal for anyone with a push chair, mobility difficulties or a passion for high heels!
sea view room, breakfast is brilliant.
air condition does not work. tv signal is really weak for english chanel.it is not fit 4 stars facility at all.
The location is perfect for Ibiza old town and the beach.
Don't think you should have to pay for the Wi-Fi. That should be free for a 4 star hotel! Bit chaotic in the restaurant at breakfast time.
The hotel is in an ewcwllwnt location and the renovations make it look amazing. It was 5 years since our last stay and as previous stays we love the location. Sadly though the food is not on an equal star rating than other hotels.
The food is STILL only VERY basic. Cooking fish and meat as required is not good when the dining room is busy. Also moving uncooked food over joints of meat at the planche is certainly not a good idea.
The spacious rooms...the view...the relaxed bar and fab singer...the delightful dining.
Super location ,exceptional cleanliness ,obliging staff ,good food ,rooms very contemporary well equiped ,would not hesitate to return
Late meal times ,19.30
Very clean modern hotel with good, well furnished bar areas inside and out. Good friendly staff.
There is no car parking only in the surrounding streets and it is almost impossible to find a space, when you do it is for a maximum of 2 hours only with no return. Although there is plenty of choice, cooked breakfast was always cold and the organisation and layout is chaotic.
Clean rooms, nice breakfast, close to Ibiza Town and Beach. Very close to the beach. Staff on reception very helpful and friendly.
Having to pay for Wifi and use of the Sauna! Also we had a ground floorb bar by the bar we both found the music very loud.. a bit to loud when the bar wasn't exactly busy.
- Good location : easy to go walking to town center. Several rental agencies and restaurants in the same street. - Internet is now for free - Nice pool and bar with sea view - Clean room
- we asked for a room with sea view when we made our reservation in booking but we didn't have it - there was a bad smell in the bath
Very comfortable and clean rooms.
15/20 minutes away from downtown Ibiza by foot. How is it possible that a 4 star hotel does not provide free wifi to its customers?
Hotel is very close to lot of places e.g. for eating or buying something, including a very nice promenade for a night drink. Nice 15 minutes walk distance to the city center. Hotel facilities are very good and breakfast buffet has lot of options. We enjoyed our room with see view.
Street is full of buildings and hotels, very difficult to find a parking place (it seems a common problem in the island).
No coffee/tea facilities in room
No pressure staff left you alone , location was perfect.
Resturant was far to expensive
Unfriendly staff, no free wifi, smelled like toilet spray, had to leave deposit for beach towel, worn matras and very expensive! €980 for 4 nights without even having ocean view! Won't go there again!!
Location is good
I certainly would not recommend Hotel Nautico Ebeso. There are many far better options nearby for less money and with friendlier staff. Our stay at Nautico Ebeso was a disappointment. The rooms are overpriced while the hotel’s interior is clean but somewhat outdated. Biggest irritations were the fact that the Hotel staff charged our credit card used for the booking for the total bill upon arrival without informing us about this (we would have preferred paying with another way) and the fact that after paying more than €250 per night (without breakfast) you are squeezed for every penny. €6 per day, per device (!) for WIFI (come on, this is 2014!!) , €4 per day for use of the safe, €10 deposit for using a towel.... We found staff unfriendly and not helpful. Additionally our room was noisy at night.
The music by the pool very dated.
Very small rooms Not very soundproof rooms City view is a street view and not all rooms have a balcony Unfriendly staff and unwilling to help Poor breakfast buffet
Location is close to airport, town and beaches. Rooms are fair. You definetely want a room with seaview and on a high floor. The bar was good. Overall it was a fair stay, if you dont spend much time in the hotel.! But to be honest Ibiza has better places for less.
The staff was not very friendly and the clubs around make a lot of noise at night.
friendly staff, location
Over-priced for what you get, had no view, small room, breakfast room is dingy. Other hotels offer much better value.
