Located in the heart of the historic, touristic and commercial centre of the city. Next to the Plaza del Carmen and Plaza Bibrambla, close to the Cathedral, Royal Chapel, and other places of interest and historiacal monuments of Granada. Very easy access to the Hotel from the city's motorway (exit 129 - Centro / Recogidas).

The Navas was clean and attractive with friendly staff, and a good
choice and quality of food available at the buffets.

We felt that the air conditioning in our particular room was not as
efficient as we would have liked.

The location was excellent central for everything

The only thing I can fault was if you arrived at the hotel by car, it was difficult to find parking.

Hotel staff was welcoming and helpful. Even though we came in late in the day, they were able to set us up with a tour that evening. Wi Fi in the lobby was a little slow but free. Would be nice in the rooms.
