ELias at the reception was awesome, after a very long drive to Granada he made us feel very welcomed and was very informative and friendly.breakfast staff as well were very hospitable and helpfull

There was a little issue with the booking,we made sure we filled out the booking and double checked on occupancy details we were surprised however that when we arrived the booking was set for one so we had to pay an additional 10euros. Another minor detail, even though the room was equipped with 2 power outlets only one was in the room(the other was in the toilet ) it would be far more convienient if there were one or two by the bed

Hotel Navas is exactly where you want to be in Granada. Easy access to the Albaicin and to the Alhambra as well as to the myriad of streets that give Granada it's charm. I would defo recommend this hotel

Staff were very helpful and professional. Great for short stay, with infinite choice of eateries and watering holes. We had a quiet, interior room and slept well, but on the front of the hotel it must be very noisy until the early hours as the narrow pedestrian street is lined with cafes, bars, and restaurants. The hotel has only 3 stars, which basically means there's no comfy chair to lounge in in your room. So what?. You get soaps, shower caps, shower gel and hair dryer exactly as you do in a standard four star, towels and a full bathroom, clean sheets and even a safe in the wardrobe.

Difficulty in getting there due to road works and one way system and bus/traffic lanes!

The hotel is on a street with lots of bars and a short walk from all the places of interest . The girl at reception was so helpful , the bed very comfy and room quiet so we could relax in between trips out . The hotel will help with bookings to see The Alhambra , we chose a guided tour which was well worth the money. Breakfast good

The WI FI is not that reliable , but we managed .Before our stay we tried e mailing but never able to get through.

Good location. Cathedral and Queen´s Chapel nearby. Good access to restaurants and bars. Easy to walk to a taxi. Parking nearby. No need to use a car during stay.

Street noisy until early hours. part of the fun but not for everyone

    Perfect location

Noise from plumbing, roller doors & other rooms throughout all hours of night very disturbing. Breakfast had variety but totally unappetising, we found it sloppy & unorganized

B.Fast was not bad, but could do with bigger variety.

Clean and well kept. Helpful staff. Large rooms with large windows. Great location right in the heart of the city. Street is lined with lively tapas bars. Try Diamente's! Breakfast is excellent. Truly excellent value.

Pedestrian street can make access by taxi a little difficult. Noisy street-nice to have a lively location but often closing time and street clean up can go on into the early hours of the morning. Ask for a room at the side of the building if you are worried about this.

We loved the location on a bustling laneway! Close enough to walk around and see the sights. Parking close by was good.

    No negatives

Location, windows were able to keep out the noise of the street below.

Air conditioner does not work, and the room constantly smelled of sewage! Very poor internet connection. Accessibility for those with mobility impairments may be an issue: front door has several steps, and the breakfast area is raised by a few steps as well.

I liked almost everything. The location is very central and the staff was really helpful. It was a very nice experience, for sure.

The breakfast dishes were rather the same every day. However, the food was fresh and more varied than in many other hotels.
