Rooms spacious and modern. Swimming pool

Room overlooking busy roundabout. There are rooms overlooking swimming pool and garden - ask for them. Breakfast buffet - the hot food was replenished but was stone cold straight from the kitchen. Cold buffet was fine.

Good parking, Great public areas. Clean and stylish. Rooms very comfortable , very quiet.helpful and friendly staff. Would stay again. The only problem we had was finding the hotel, WHICH IS YOUR FAULT! . THE ADDRESS ON TOUR BOOKING CONFIRMATION FORM IS INCORRECT. SO COME ON BOOKING .COM YET YOUR SERVICE SORTED.

A very modern, pleasant hotel with good facilities and helpful staff. About a 25 minute walk to town centre, but if you turn left out of the hotel, cross the road, you gan get a bus to the Glorieta/town hall for 1 euro. takes about 10 minutes.

Poor greeting, no smile etc.. no effort in explaining hotel etc.. what name is it only.... Location more than 10 mins walk to centre shopping etc.. Room overlooked busy roundabout and street noisy all night long no sleep.. No instructions re hydroshower apparantly you have to ask reception no instructions in room and difficult when you are naked !!!! complained re these points at reception only to be told you have to pay full amount and speak to manager on Monday, no duty manager on at weekends apparantly, hope you publish this as we felt it did not live up to our expectations.

A fair walk from town

Excellent service from front desk ,to restuarants. All staff speak a good standard of english , and are most helpfull. This is my second visit to hotel nelva, but not my last. I work in the region frequently, and hope to be back soon. I look forward to being loooked after by your team in the near future.

The hotel was lovely and clean, a taxi was called for us and arrived immediately. Everything was very relaxing. Lovely barman called Diego and the rest of the staff were excellent too!

This wasn't in the best location for walking into the city centre, you had to walk through what can only be described as Murcia's ghetto and left us both (me and my partner) feeling quite uncomfortable and used Taxi's from then on (taxi's very reasonable, about 5 euros to the centre and 10 to Ikea/Condomina)

excellent value for money, just check out location it was fine for us but not really a walk into the centre.

They have an amazing lovely swiming pool that has include an special lift for some people who needs this service. Fine!

Well better say the worst:- the restaurant is quite an unpleasant place usualy because his "maitre", is an old bad humor person, that can poison any kind of dish with his roughly way to deal with clients and his "mala leche". He seems to be tired of his work so, please, give him the chance of rest (and get away from there as soon as posible).
