Great location. Adults only. Nice friendly staff. Nice pool area. Great Buffet food selection. Hotel guests are approximately 60-70% Gay Men. Ideal for heading over to the Yumbo centre at night. 20 mins brisk walk to the start of the Naturist Sand Dunes. Our 3rd year in a row.

Bathrooms are very tired. Broken tiles. The cleaning staff do a great job. But you can't clean cracked, uneven & dated tiles. Also the matters was not particularly comfortable. It could do with a quality matters topper.

Fantastic hotel - I was very pleased. Room is ok size and very comfortable, handy balcony, food (breakfast + dinner) very good with lots of choice. Loved the pool area and hotel's "adults only" policy was brilliant - even if the poolside was busy it was still so peaceful and relaxing with no noisy children around. Restaurant staff was beyond excellent. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Noise at night is loud! There is a disco every single night in a nearby club, so very good earplugs are a must if you are not there to party every night. Suggestion to the hotel would be to change their balcony doors to sound-proof - it would make a massive difference to a guest experience. Also, being charged eur 50 for a late check-out was a bit of a rip-off, considering we stayed for 9 nights - would have been nice for this to be offered for free.

Location is good staff are very nice hotel very clean

Food selection for dinner is not great dont like the idea of sitting with strangers (you dont seem to have a choice) 8.30 sitting feels very rushed staff are trying to hurry you up

Central location + free parking. Quiet (during the day), no children around creaming or parents shouting.

The calm and quiet is interrompted from 11 pm until about 04 am with the noise and music coming from bars and clubS in the Yumbo cc. So if you do not plan to go to bed before 4 every night, this is the ideal place. Things to improve: curtains that provide blackout; Room doors' autoclosing to be readjusted to stop them slamming (especially in the middle of the night); Increase of internet connection signal and capacity

Food was exceptionally good. All staff try hard to help in any way. To my surprise I found the central location, as opposed to closer to beach,most very handy

A proper double bed, bliss! No kids allowed. Double bliss! Nice swimming pool at ideal temperature for time of year. Very impressive breakfast spread. Nice touch that eggs and bacon are 'cooked to order'. Large amount of tv channels. Powerful shower. (Liked the coloured lights in the shower head). Staff friendly and very professional. Nice spacious room and balcony. Elegant communal areas.

You can hear music from the Yumbo at night but it didn't bother me as I always take ear plugs when travelling. (Boots do very effective wax ones).

The staff were very friendly and efficient. The hotel is in a great position for the Yumbo centre. Loved the 18+ only element and the rooms were great.

If you like nightlife than it's a perfect choice. Rooms ok but need some renovation. Breakfasts are fine and very good.

Stuff on the reception will offer you upgrade to all inclusive, but you can't do the upgrade if you are not staying more than 5 nights. I really absolutelly don't understand why. Stuff on the reception is quite rude (especially one woman - probably head of reception). We tried twice to have a lunch in the restaurant and the food was horrible. Stuff also... Very rude. Wifi internet only in lobby and by the pool. Not in the rooms and restaurant (don't know why).

An excellent 4* hotel, very friendly and helpful staff , comfortable rooms and unstuffy welcoming atmosphere. Well positioned for all that Playa del Ingles has to offer. Really good value for money - would stay again.

v gmuchood value for money.Excellent breakfast.much quieter than I expected .........any more people and it could be congested eg pool..and restaurant. staff v. helpful.

Sharing a table with someone who doesnt want to talk is not helpful to the digestion.......this is the lot of the single traveller. If I were repulsive and ate like an animal, I would undestand. But I am quite well house trained, and have taught in an English Public school and value the use of irony. Perhaps that explains the reluctance to converse.
