close to jumbo , friendly staff ,

1)food in the pool resturant needs to be changed , its been the same food during my last 3 visits ,3) as per above the gym needs to be update again some of the equipment wasnt working just like my 3 visits, 3) internet didnt work properly 4) the shower water always went either very hot or very cold. 5) I bought A pair of sun glasses in the shop within in the complex , the next day they fell apart , the shop keeper would not change them , and she was very rude.

I know Hotel Neptuno since long time and I like to stay there.

It's impossible to take a good shower because the water doesn't flow down well and all the bath room is flooded in few minutes. I think this is a big problem! 2) I think is strange to pay to have a safe box.

The location to the Yumbo is superb. The hotel and rooms were really clean. The staff were excellent. Drinks prices were comparible to those in the bars also. It was good to have other gay couples around

Remember it is close to the Yumbo so some noise until early hours ( but if you are out in the bars then no problem!)

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend the hotel to my friends.

This is the third time we spent our holidays in this hotel. The staff and everything is very good. We wait for our next stay there.

Fantastic buffet food - lots of variety that changes each day. Proximity to Yumbo worked for us (despite the noise mentioned on other posts). Beautiful, peaceful pool area free from music playing and mithering (the free midday sangria brought to your sun lounger was a bonus!). Liked that it was an adult only hotel - so extra peaceful.

Overnight noise from the Yumbo might put some people off - but, it's not a problem if you stay out til the early hours partying, or pop some ear-plugs in. Price worth paying through for great location and fab hotel.

Well designed, clean rooms. Wireless Internet very good and free. Very good food on offer each day, with cooked to order items at breakfast. Pool bar lunch was tasty and well appointed. Great variety at dinner. Excellent service from all staff at all times - very friendly and cheerful always. Handy gate from next to the pool straight into the Yumbo Centre. Lots of gay people.

Very hard bed - not uncomfortable, just harder than I prefer myself. Lots of noise from the Yumbo Centre from 11pm/midnight to 4am - heard even through ear plugs - but no problem if you're out partying.

We booked seven days but moved out after two. Too noisy and hotel staff started banging and scraping floors at 8.00 am. NOT VALUE FOR MONEY.!!!

The standard of the food was good. I was staying half board.

When I made the booking I requested a quite room. The check in staff said none where available. Because of the proximately to the Yumbo centre the night was disturbing. The room had little insects all over. They need to fumigate the rooms.

The Line for the cooked eggs was too long everyday because the egg cooker chef only believed she should cook two eggs at a time - so we had to wait everyday. What is so wrong in cooking 5 slice of bacon at once and put 4-6 eggs on the pan since the line was 6-7 long. Most annoying!

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

Smell of drainage in room when we first arrived, it got better,or we got more used to it as the week went on. No Spanish food. When you go abroad you want to sample the food of the country you're in, also it got a bit boring as the week went on. Pool wasn't warm enough. Noise at night.

It was close to the shopping centre , quite , lovely room overlooking the pool .

No jacuzzi and sauna out of order
