4 Stars deluxe superior hotel, in front of Mediterranean sea, next to the inner harbour of the port of Valencia. Has been carefully concibed, modern design evident troughout the entire hotel. Provides all conforts and services. Restaurant "El Tridente de Neptuno" with designer-made Mediterranean cuisine.

Hotel information

The hotel's top floor solarium with its outdoor Jacuzzi provides a privileged place from which to view what is the America’s Cup regatta course. From the terrace you can directly overlook the yacht navigation channel from the dock to the marina.

In addition to the listed facilities the hotel has a TV room and a mini-racket court. These sports facilities are enhanced by a seafront promenade over 5 km long and a sandy beach that offers a magnificent natural circuit for jogging or strolling by the sea.

Food & beverage

The hotel restaurant “El Tridente de Neptuno” serves modern variations on regional dishes, a gastronomic offer in line with its location opposite the beach: seafood, rice dishes etc.

The offer is completed with a breakfast buffet, room service and a bar in the hotel lobby.

Closed every Mondays and Sunday evenings except between April until 8 July when it is open everyday

Hotel Neptuno offers 50 rooms including 2 suites and 3 junior suites. In addition to the listed amenities all rooms have a fully equipped bathroom featuring a hydro-massage bath and a plasma TV with Canal+.
Furthermore all rooms have excellent views of the beach, the sea and the marina.

Area information

The privileged location of Hotel Neptuno makes it a beach hotel and in-town hotel rolled into one. Located on the beachfront of Valencia, next to the port, facing what is the American’s cup regatta course, the NEPTUNO is around 30 min. away from the historic city centre, the city of Sciences museum, the Oceanographic Park and the city’s major cultural and business centres.

Compared with prices for the 5 star Westin and Palau de la Mar the Neptuno is quite expensive for the size of room and facilities available.

Fantastic junior suite with an amazing range of toiletries and extras and a fabulous view of the sea. Wonderful bathroom. Excellent breakfast with Moet and Chandon champagne

Not really, service in terrace bar was a bit slow. We were booked in to the wrong room which could have been disastrous as there are only 3 junior suites. Luckily the room was not occupied when we arrived so we were able to take possession. I'm not sure if the mix up was down to booking.com or the hotel although our paperwork clearly stated a suite had been booked.

Location and style .... it is by far the nicest hotel on that strip and has a very stylish feel. Great for the port area (and F1)

Great staff, great room, great facilities, everything great.... wow:) Staff were excellent, so ignore the comments in relation to them being rude, we interacted with all the personnel and they were extremely kind and outgoing. We had a fantastic time. :)

We liked everything about the Hotel. The room was clean and spacious, the buffet room was clean and there was a good selection. The staff was very helpful. Both the inside and outside bars were terrific places to visit at the end of the evening. And of course the location was perfect.

The reception staff with the exception of one man were not helpful. They're bordering on rude. I was left standing at reception for over 10mins and ignored while the receptionist continued her phone conversation without awknowledging me and the general manager and another member of staff also ignored me standing the reception desk for this period. I'd go to Las Arenas hoteif i returned to Valencia

Very nice design and next to the beach.

Very noisy rooms, you could hear everything from the next room, as if they were in your own room. The seperation between rooms is only a thin door through which all sound passes. No feeling of privacy if you can hear people brushing their teith etc.
