Good value for money, good location, friendly staff and free wifi. We asked for twin beds but finally got a small double bed and the bathroom that was supposed to be ensuite was actually outside the room but not shared with others... But all was clean!!!

Good location, in the centre, close to cathedral. Nice helpful staff. Room is very comfortable and clean. Good price. Sometimes, at night drunk people are little bit annoying.

The staff were very helpful and were excellent in their approach to assisting in anything needed. There was basically just the room with a shared toilets on one floor, No additional facilities. The wireless internet was only accessible from certain places.

Perfect location and even with a parking right in the centre (although really small and narrow). Shower was in the room. Extremely noisy, thin walls and busy street at Saturday night. Bring ear plugs!

Convenient, quiet location. We had an appointment at the University Hospital, not far from the Hostal. Price was very good for an overnight visit. Staff were helpful (two phone calls prior to arrival), And the receptionist on the day. Cotton sheets as opposed to artificial were Good. For a 'back packer's hostal', it was extremely quiet during the night. The room floor was not very clean. No drain plugs in wash basin or bath. No toiletries supplied (luckily, being pensioners we usually provide our own). The underground carpark was OK but access via a (only just big enough, both mirrors had to be folded back!) car lift and a lot of manouvering. Granada's one way streets did not help locating Hostal.

Very nice and generous staff, they're always willing to help. The location is great, very close to the cathedral. The room is clean and has a shower inside the room. They have a shared fridge, hot water and vending machines provided in a nice common area. Very good place to stay and definitely worth your money. Internet might not work inside the room but you can use it in the common area.

It is quite close to the cathedral, and a c. 15 minute walk from the train station (Google maps gave me perfect directions). Hotel didn't have my reservation. My room was towards the back, but I could hear the night clerk and front street traffic clearly even at 3 a.m.

Location is near cathedral but not as close as advertised to Alhambra. Externally noisy and on a main street. Very thin walls and rooms share vents so you hear your neighbors' every word. Would not recommend. We checked out a night early and paid just a little more two doors down just for good sleep!

Staff was nice. Location is ok. It should have a notice on the portal door saying that "please ring the bell if nobody is at front desk." I did not know at first and.... had some bad consequence....

Super value for money. Very friendly service. Rooms are simple, but in fine condition. Heating difficult to control (or maybe we just didn't understand it). Not much hot water in the shower in the late morning.

The front desk personal are heplful, giving advice and information about activities and route to the airport. There are many restaurant and cafe nearby, fruit shops and simple groceries that add to our ease.

honestamente, solo me gusto la ubicacion que es muy centric. no me gusto que tuvieran puertas q comunicaran las habitaciones, es muy ruidoso podia escuchar lo q decian los huespedes de al lado....
