The staff were excellent my husband having to use wheelchair which were supplied for us. No facilties for evening meal we could not manage with wheelchsir to go to resturants so we had to eat in room. Menu very limited and this was not mentioned in booking.

No hay nada que me haya gustado. Mal servicio, mala limpieza, carisimo y mal trato del personal El hotel esta antiquisimo, poca higiene, y encima cobran el parqing, el desayuno es carisimo y para colmo te cobran 10,60 por el uso de internet en la habitacion, cosa que me parece una aberracion, asi que sintiendolo mucho, este hotel ha perdido dos clientes.

Situación, limpieza Teníamos una habitación doble con una cama supletoria pero sólo contábamos con dos toallas de baño y un solo cepillo de dientes. Al usar la ducha parte del agua salía por el bote sifónico. Una dececpción ya que me he alojado en muchos NHs

Está muy bien situado. El personal es muy correcto y el hotel está limpio y bien mantenido. El acceso al hotel es problemático por las escaleras de entrada sin rampa. Se echa en fanta que lo restauren. Por ejemplo el inodoro del baño no ahorra agua.

Estuve alojada en la Junior Suite. Con sus grandes espacios, de los que ya no quedan hoy, me sentí como en mi casa. La preparación y dotación de las habitaciones es excelente. Volveré siempre a este hotel en Huelva, conozco los demás y no hay ni punto de comparación con éste.

Trato excelente por el personal , pero al igual que casi todos los hoteles sufren el problema de que las paredes parecen de papel, las habitaciones son grandes con unas camas muy comodas, repetire hotel si vuelvo a Huelva

La ubicación. El cuarto de baño es super antiguo y la griferia imposible de regular una temperatura adecuada para la ducha. No pude usar el parking ya que no permitian reservarlo por adelantado y cuando traté de hacerlo el mismo dia me dijeron que estaba completo y además tenía la puerta rota.

Las habitaciones Te dicen que no hace falta reservar aparcamiento en el hotel y si no tienes suerte, te quedas sin aparcamiento pues tienen pocas plazas.
