The modern rooms at the Silken Ciudad de Vitoria are set around an impressive lobby and charming interior garden with seating areas.

This stylish, contemporary hotel lies on the main central street of Vitoria-Gasteiz, beside the congress centre of this conveniently located city in the Basque Country.

Abba Jazz Hotel Vitoria can be found in the centre of Vitoria-Gasteiz, close to the Cathedral and Florida Park. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout. The rooms have modern furniture and air...

Shower, water pressure and the bed
Disco attached to the hotel which one could hear the base until 6 am in the morning except when it was closed on Sunday night. The reception desk was always busy with only two people on so there was always a line up.
really good location close to centre of Vitoria-Gasteiz...asked for a quiet room & was allocated exactly that....room itself was on a 'par' with Paradores ! Vitoria is a splendid place for a short stay...especially if returning to UK from Bilbao
do be aware the hotel can be a challenge to find & park...arriving early pm enables use of the u/ground hotel car park ...@a reasonable price!
I thought my room had a balcony which was why I booked it. When I turned up the reception staff said it was only the room in the photo that had a balcony. When they heard my disapointment I was immediately upgraded to a suite which was absolutely lovely. I will be going back. I am vegetarian and immediately I said that the bar staff said that they had just the thing for me on the menu which was grilled vegetables with a balsamic dressing (very unusual in Spain as I am usually just offered tortilla). All the staff smiled and went out of their way to be helpful.
All up to expectations
Location next to park and close to city centre Underground parking although it cost 17 EUR - very easy and peace of mind Modern and clean rooms Buffet breakfast great selection
Overall not much! minor complaint that the bed was a bit small but it didn't spoil our stay
the location, the beds and the bathroom Remember to order cooked breakfast from the waitress/waiter
lighting isn't good if you want to read in bed
A wedding was taking place and the hotel was crowded and noisy. We were unable to get an evening meal because of the wedding and the local restaurants were busy and full.We booked the hotel because it had a restaurant and we had driven from France for 6 hours and wanted a hotel where we could eat.We were given no warning that the restaurant was not available because of the wedding as a result we did not get a meal that evening,we had a journey of over 400 miles by car the following day!
Clean, great service and good location. The staff was very helpful. The rooms where spacious and modern. Wifi was included with my reservation.
Hotel in great location, done out to excellent taste and fantastic breakfast, will stay again!
good bed, decent room, wi-fi
- bad smell in the hallways (1st floor) - dirty toilet (the seat had some cleaning solution on it - hopefully it WAS cleaning solution) - worst view possible - low roof with access to the cleaning/washing area - wi-fi speed really slow for the free option
The NH breakfast Location just 5 minutes from the main square in the old town Very comfortable room
Very limited private parking so arrive early.
the location the breakfast the room
room a little bit noisy only 2 elevators for 10 floors
Great central location, just a few minutes walk from the centre of Vitoria. Rooms small but very comfortable, with modern and very well equipped bathroom. We got a B&B rate of €72/night, and the breakfast buffet (with freshly prepared hot options available). We were very happy with this. Excellent choice for a visit to this underrated town in the heart of Basque country.
We stayed for one night on two different occasions in Aug-14. The first night we were on the 4th floor when we were slightly disturbed by the noise coming from the function suite on the 5th floor.
Paper thin walls, room in front of the elevator, the noise coming into the room, very small room, beds
Spacious clean room Modern amenities Good value
Lovely breakfast. Easy check in and out.
WiFi, although free (as it should be) was awkward to get into and was very slow.
Very good will stay again if passing, would recommend
Location! Right across from a beautiful park - runners (and walkers) check out the Camino de Santiago behind the hotel- absolutely gorgeous boulevard heading out to the country Spotless and spacious room- very large for a good price, I had a superior which was essentially a suite with a balcony. Breakfasts were reasonably good
Maid service did not replace Nespresso pods or milk- but they kept adding bottles of shampoo! Can be noisy. Spaniards party til the morning. The disco next door is open until 7 am and the partiers are out on the street and a bit wild at ~6am. But one must adjust to the Spanish hours - I'm still not sure when they sleep. Wi-Fi was slow
The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and spacious, the bathroom was spotless. The restaurant menu was extremely good value, 3 course with wine, water and coffee included.
Overnight car parking fee a bit expensive
Quizá algo por debajo de la media de otros NH.
Great location for access to all historic sites in the city. Restaurant served good food for good value.
Loved the breakfast and the view from the room. The dinner, although very cheap, was not very exciting.
Less keen on the lack of parking in the hotel car park
Everything about this hotel was first-class, and it was up to the NH group's high standards in every respect.
Wedding receptions were taking place on the second night of my stay, and the atmosphere was totally different to that prevailing at the time of my arrival on the Friday night, but the change did not make an iota of difference to my admiration of the hotel and its professional staff.
Very over priced for what you get tv is next to useless if you're English
