Very difficult to find at weekends especially with a large car and very narrow roads. Staff very helpful and a porter went with my husband to park the car which was excellent service. Accomodation excellent and very near plaza mayor which is terrific Rooms were smaller than expected

Excellent location within a few yards of the Plaza Mayor with its restaurants and historic buildings. The staff were extremely polite and although I didn't use the service, it was good to know room service was always available which is quite rare for this standard of accomodation in Spain. Car parking. They should pay you 10 Euros to park there instead of charging guests for the priveledge.

I very much appreciated that we were bumped up to a premium room thanks to the staff who saw that we came with our 8month old baby. Great service from the staff overall. The parking lot above the hotel was a little difficult to navigate, but not a major problem.

Hotel in good position in lovely town, Trujillo. We chose Trujillo as it was close to Monfrague National Park and also close enough to Caceres and Merida. Really great part of Spain. Staff were approachable and very helpfull. We thought breakfast was very overpriced and bought our breakfast elsewhere. Room could have been cleaner.

El palacio es muy bonito inspira calma x la decoración medieval , el personal muy atento , la recepcionista se molesto en subir a nuestro auto para llevarnos al hotel ya que la calle donde debíamos pasar previamente estaba cerrada y ella nos dirigió hasta el hotel por casi todo el Pueblo, ese gesto me sorprendió ! Tb tienen botones

La ubicación es perfecta. Es un poco complicado moverse por el Hotel, . Para ir al parking, teníamos que bajar desde la 3ª planta a la 1ª, luego caminar por un pasillo para buscar otro ascensor y volver a subir a la 3ª planta que es donde está el parking.

Nos ha gustado mucho la situación del hotel, y el hotel es bonito con un personal super-amable. Nos dieron una habitación con 2 camas, tan pequeña que tropezabas con los muebles, nos sentimos muy agobiados en la habitación, en cambio el cuarto de baño era muy espacioso. El precio de internet un abuso.

El conjunto, el emplazamiento, la rehabilitación del edificio y la buena disposición mostrada por el personal frente a un imprevisto corte de calles por una procesión, o para facilitar hielo de forma rápida para un golpe en un dedo. Aunque estábamos en Semana Santa, con una ocupación muy alta en Extremadura, la habitación doble que nos asignaron no era excesivamente espaciosa: más bien parecía una doble para uso individual; de hecho, el equipamiento del baño lo sugería así con un cepillo dental, un champú, un gel.... La falta de ventilación daba además un "cante" muy significativo al entrar en la habitación.No parecía tener mucho uso. En el baño había polvo sobre los sanitarios, por ejemplo. Es la 105.

прекрасное расположение, из отеля открывается вид на главную площадь, все очень близко, красивый отель, очень чисто, рекомендую для посещения города.парковка отеля-это площадка в старом городе над отелем, припарковать машину тяжело, но персонал помогает припарковаться. в номере для двоих была только одна зубная щетка, попросили на ресепшене вторую дали тут же, полотенца в ванной чистые, но старенькие , похоже, что экономят. интернет платный!

Está ubicado en un Palacio; las habitaciones son muy confortables, se duerme maravillosamente pues están muy bien insonorizadas. El personal es muy amable. El desayuno tambièn está en consonancia con los servicios del Hotel. En definitiva, muy recomendable. El acceso al parking del hotel, que es de pago, es tan complicado, que debería ser gratuito.

El hotel se encuentra en un lugar magnifico, en plena Plaza Mayor del pueblo, la habitación (doble con cama de matrimonio) era muy amplia y el cuarto de baño también. Las instalaciones como piscina o restaurante no las utilizamos por la época y porque estuvimos poco tiempo en el hotel, pero el hotel en general estaba genial. Hacia excesivo calor en la habitación.

La ubicación es muy buena y el hotel precioso, un antiguo palacio restaurado con mucho gusto y el personal muy amable La habitación que nos dieron era un zulo grande, con una sola ventana muy pequeña y a 3 metros de altura que daba al suelo de un patio interior. La limpieza mala, mucha suciedad en sitios un poco escondidos como la tubería del lavabo y se dejaron unas bragas de los inquilinos anteriores debajo de la cama
