The wifi system they have at this hotel is diabolical, apparently it is being replaced. There is no bar in the hotel, but there is a restaurant that is attached to the hotel which serves very over-priced food.

Lovely restored palace with blend of designer features in central location - surprisingly quiet. Everything one would expect of a luxury hotel. 5th floor "superior" room only had "Velux" type roof window and no real views.

Fantastic location in the heart of old Madrid. Really helpful staff and amazing breakfast. Nice stylish rooms. Great hotel. The bed was a bit hard and it would have been nice to have a bath as well as a shower.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. In fact they take the extra mile to make you stay as comfortable as possible The noise - it ver noisy and you just can sleep. Also the WiFi was horrible

Clean hotel and a good breakfast spread. Helpful staff at the front desk Very overpriced for what we got, very high room rates but standard hotel rooms. Internet was a nightmare to manage, having to change passwords all the time and as for extra access.

Fairly good location. Walkable to metro station. Also near Plaza Mayor and Mercado San Miguel and groceries could be purchased nearby. Staff spoke good English and were really helpful.

Location only. doesn't deserve five star. doesn't have a restaurant for lunch and dinner. Cold room , the hot A/C is just working up to 24 C some times less during the winter time . the way for how to activate the internet is inconvenient , every day you have to have a new username and password working only for only one device.
