This 19th-Century building is in the historic center of Granada, 330 yards from the cathedral. The Alhambra is within 15 minutes. The NH Victoria is walking distance from the Congress Hall. The famous Alcaicería Market Area is also nearby. The hotel is close to bus stops. Shopping streets such as Mesones are within minutes. There are many tapas bars in nearby Navas Street. Rooms at the NH Victoria are soundproofed and have a private balcony. There is a minibar in every room. Agua de Tierra amenities and a pillow menu are included. The hotel has a restaurant and a bar-cafe. Buffet breakfast is available. The restaurant offers local and international food and a selection of wines. Pay services include private parking and Wi-Fi. Very well located. The attention of the people and the comfort, cleanness of the room. With a lot of good restaurants nearby. I made a mistake with the dates of the reservation and they accepted to change it without to charge the penalty. The price of the parking (Euros 17/day), previously informed, but I understand that it is difficult to charge less in center of the touristic city.

Best location for people willing to shop, see the cathedral etc... easy access to Alhambra (by taxi or bus) - Plenty of restaurants around. Parking! Very complicated operation - Always full - need to wait several minutes to enter - expensive (19 euros per day) - if not necessary, avoid coming to this hotel with a car!

Excellent location, very central, surrounded by shops and restaurants. During off-peak traffic, Alhambra is a 5 minute taxi journey away. Staff were very helpful and professional. For a 4* boutique hotel, I would have expected complimentary internet access. €20 per day for wifi access is excessively expensive. Also the air conditioning in my room did not appear to work correctly.

We thought the hotel was excellent value for money the rooms were excellent and location great fro seeing granada We had breakfast at hotel and were told by reception that it was a buffet breakfast when in fact it was a continental breakfast which was a bit disappointing

Very helpful staff who pointed out restaurants and sights, and gave good information on how to get to places via public transport. Excellent location, right in the middle of all the action. Quiet, clean, comfortable and spacious room. Nice lobby and bar area, but we didn't have breakfast there so cannot comment on that. Would definitely stay here again. Was a little difficult to find the entrance for the parking due to one way streets and limited access to streets more than anything else.

This hotel was an excellent choice for our stay in Granada. The hotel's staff was extremely friendly and always ready to help with city tips and reminders. The location is superb, it really could not be better for us. We wanted to be right in the city center within in walking distance to everything there is to see in Granada. If you are getting to the hotel by car, it is a bit cumbersome since the hotel is located in one of the busiest corners of the city. Just follow the signs to the parking lot not minding the do not enter sign in the streeets as in the bottom they say in Spanish, except for those using the parking garage.

The helpfulness of staff. The location of the hotel and the quietness of the room despite being so central. Very good bathroom. I only had one drink at the bar because it was expensive. The cost of using the internet was also very expensive.
