The hotel is very centrely located, the staff is active and helpful though almost always seem to be busy they definitely help a lot. Let me emphasize that the hotel is very active in contacting the customers-for example they offered us in andvance and organized an excursion to Alhambra with a Russian speaking guide and transfer to and from the palaces, or reserved a great restaurant of Las Tomazas when the one that we chose was closed. Absolutely recommended!

The room was very nice, and although we were only there for a very short time the hotel seemed very good. There was far too much noise coming from outside with people and cars making a noise all night. Lower level rooms should have better sound insulation.

I like the location of the hotel and the carpark The ceiling and walls were black from the aircon vents its pitty that not enough cleaning is carried out. There was rubbish behind the chair.

This hotel is beautiful, with helpful staff and luxurious rooms. It is right in the middle of a nice part of town. We had a balcony overlooking the main square, which was great for views but rather noisy on Saturday night. A minor issue.

regular rooms are fantastic, and all have a balcony onto the most beautiful granada. could'nt be more central. i know its not standard in spanish hotels but i wish they'd put tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms.

It was warm in cold weather. It had double glazing against the noise of traffic. The only online computer in the business centre was broken. The staff told me where an internet cafe in teh city was to be found.

Fantastic city centre location,friendly helpful staff and chic contemporary styling. The rooms are very noisy at night due to the location of the hotel.I Would suggest asking for an inside facing room for a quieter stay.

Very well located. The attention of the people and the comfort, cleanness of the room. With a lot of good restaurants nearby. I made a mistake with the dates of the reservation and they accepted to change it without to charge the penalty. The price of the parking (Euros 17/day), previously informed, but I understand that it is difficult to charge less in center of the touristic city.

We thought the hotel was excellent value for money the rooms were excellent and location great fro seeing granada We had breakfast at hotel and were told by reception that it was a buffet breakfast when in fact it was a continental breakfast which was a bit disappointing

Very helpful staff who pointed out restaurants and sights, and gave good information on how to get to places via public transport. Excellent location, right in the middle of all the action. Quiet, clean, comfortable and spacious room. Nice lobby and bar area, but we didn't have breakfast there so cannot comment on that. Would definitely stay here again. Was a little difficult to find the entrance for the parking due to one way streets and limited access to streets more than anything else.
