The rooms were great, very comfortable and quite spacious. The breakfast included in the package was very good with plenty of choices.

We had dinner at the restaurant one night and although it was practically empty the service was very slow.

Room was clean,bed comfortable,good choice for breakfast.

Toilet seat was broken,neither the light over the bathroom mirror or the hairdryer was working. Would have been nice to have a shop on site to buy any forgotten essentials. Only on a two night stay so didn't worry.

location is pretty good for beach access just one street to cross

very noisy rooms, staff was mostly rather in bad mood and showed that. I found that a bit disturbing, especially lady at breakfast!

the location of the hotel in google map is wrong and if u use a tom tom navigator it leads you to another place.

A huge bed, large bedroom, very clean. Bathroom well supplied with toiletries, nice layout, with sinks on seperate area outside bath/shower area. Our room was facing main road, view of the bit of garden , but good none the less. Very good self service breakfast included.

Breakfast room was a bit noisy, and sometimes we had to queue for a seat, always the way in self service. No tea/coffeee in bedroom.

We loved our stay, breakfast was perfect for the price. We also got a free upgrade which was amazing

Near the beach, Puerto Banus and Marbella.

I thought the location and Hotel itself was superb, the room was always immaculate and the breakfast was just delicious and alot to chose from plus the beach was only a 5 min walk across the road

I thought the staff were not very helpful and on some occasions you felt like you were being an inconvenience so a beautiful hotel but terrible staff manners

Really enjoyed my stay in nh Alanda.. Hotel and rooms were very comfortable and clean.. The location was execellent because it was half way between Marbella centre and Puerto Banus.. Would recommend it and go back again..

The location of the hotel is excellent, near the sea and connected through a beautiful crosswalk to Marbella and Puerto Banus. The room was comfortable and cleaned. Hotel staff at reception is excellent and supports guests for any information.

There are a couple of things to be improved. First, is the breakfast quality and sevice. For example, often there were no plates , glasses and cofee machines are very old and coffee is not good. Need to be improved the swimming pool area. Bedsuns are old and not confortable.

poor facilities for size of hotel. No chilled or relaxing bar to enjoy early evening or late drink or cocktail. poor facilities around pool area. One snack bar excuse for pool bar open, too expensive for what it was. No facilities near hotel. Need to taxi inti Marbella or Puerto Banus

rich breakfast, good value for money

hotel needs renovation. beach towels, cushions and umbrellas available only for extra payment. not the best location, two blocks of the hotel are situated near the main road, that`s why it is pretty noisy in the rooms (even when the windows are closed). you need to cross the road and walk about 5 min. to the beach. need to take a bus to get to umbrella.

Comfortable rooms,great breakfast,only ten minutes from the beach. Set in nice gardens look out and listen for the frogs in a couple of the ponds. Pool restaurant service superb and food good,

My partner & I took my thirty something daughter for a break from her busy London life and this was the only hotel for the price that I could get a single supplement room that isn't a broom cupboard. The Reception staff were superb and the rooms were always clean and tidy

We found that there being no bar within the hotel strange, as everyone meets there for drinks usually before going to dinner, yes there was a pool bar, but service was poor and slow and as it was further away from our complex, (there were three) was not very inviting to meet with our best clothes etc...Also was very annoyed that it was not made clear that the spa and gym facilities were not included in the price, as we use so many hotels, and they always are, we did not know this until we had paid so will not be using your services again.

Room was excellent as was breakfast. Pool area was very clean with good sun loungers although these would be better if were cushioned.

8 euro per day for internet access. No cushions on sun loungers.

A well run hotel ,friendly helpful staff. Delicious breakfast served inside or on a terrace, also very appetising lunches and dinners. Clean room with large bathroom, shower area. A short walk to the sea. Hotel in well kept grounds.

I wonder how they call them self as 4 star hotel, it's worse hotel ever I have stayed in my life, when people travel for a holiday they expect to relax, the following is a nightmare 1- the lobby ony for 12 people, very shallow 2- in the lobby f you ask for a coffee they say, you need to go to beach which is about 400 meter away, or to the pool which is in other building 3- breakfast is very poor 4- no free wifi expensive to use 5- no dustbin in the room, no coffee machine 6- my stay was for 7 days, i check out the next following morning 7- my family were depressed the whole night, I moved to other hotel called El Fuerte located about 1,5 kilometer away, which is heaven, i request eveyone, who visit Marbella just go and check this hotel, my remaining 6 days i really enjoyed, with nice two pool and at the beach, it's amazing location, very rich buffet. I am not here to promote El Fuerte hotel but here to share my expereince. Please take my adivise and don't book at NH Alanda, you will not enjoy the beach which you need to cross main highway street, carrying your towel and the beach it's so bad not worth it . i really appreciate the management of NH Alanda, to reconsider their hotel rating and should provide service facilities to their guest. also, should provide shuttle serive to the beach, a really beach not the one next to their location.

Great location in between Marbella and peuta Banus, young couple aged 25 perfect hotel.

The Hotel is very well located.It is very comfortable and very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful.
