Excelente ubicación y atención de los empleados. El hotel necesita un remozado, seleccionamos la habitación con cama extragrande y la cama era de 1,50 com máximo.

Su ubicación Parece mentira que en un hotel de dicha cadena no tengan calefacción en pleno mes de diciembre, para no mentir si tenía calefacción pero en las habitaciones hacia un frío que te morías. Por no decir el olor a tubería en la habitación . Solución 2 calefactores que hacían ruido y calor poco

La localizacion es lo mejor justo en el centro de la cuidad cerca de todo de la estacion de trem y autobus de la zona de marcha y el personal del hotel super educados y atencioso seguro que si tengo que volver a albacete alli me quedare

Nada. En todo caso, la ubicacion. Es un hotel tétrico, viejo y sucio. No merece la pena para nada alojarse allí.el cabecero de mi cama estaba negro de la suciedad que tenía y pasamos muchísimo calor porque el aire acondicionado no funcionaba.no volvería nunca.

Me ha gustado mucho que las habitaciones tuviesen apellidos. Casualmente nos toco la habitacion del primer apellido de mi marido. Ademas esta muy centrico. La recepcionista fue muy amable.

No tiene Parking, pero tiene convenio con un parking cercano, pero solo cobrar por dia completo, con lo que a veces te sale rentable pagar los 14 euros, pero si solo vs a estar unas horas, sale algo caro.

Centrico Obsoleto, habitación con 2 orientaciones diferentes, dormitorio y baño. Y las dos daban a patios interiores muy pequeños con vistas muy cochambrosas. Muy ruidosos los patios por los compresores de los aires acondicionados. El radiador estaba tan cerca de la bañera que me di un golpe en la cadera al salir de ésta. Aunque soy de los que desayunan muy frugalmente, creo que era algo escaso el bufett. Algunos "bichitos" en la habitación.

La cama no era extra grande era solo de 1.35. nh echaba la culpa a Booking de esta incongruencia, La primera habitación que se nos ofreció apestaba a tabaco, La puerta del ascensor en la planta cero, no cerraba bien, y tuve que bajar las escaleras andando. En recepción siempre tardaban en contestar. La alcachofa de la ducha estaba rota y si no tenias cuidado se salía. Es decir relación calidad/precio nada recomendable, máxime si hablamos de un hotel nh, una cadena a la que se le supone cierto prestigio / prestaciones

En la descripción de la habitación ponia que tenia balcón y cama extragrande, la cama era una cama normal de matrimonio y no tenia balcón, se lo dijimos al de recepción pero nos dijo que si queriamos balcon la cama era mas pequeña. Aunque pedimos habitación de fumadores lo que no es normal es que oliese tantisimo a tabaco, hemos ido a otros hoteles con habitaciones para fumadores y no olian tanto. Nos ha parecido demasiado caro para no tener todo lo que ponia en la descripción de la habitación.
