It is very nice hotel and very close to metro station. We had very good offer after arrival to get the breakfast for 12 € and my son (12 years old) even for free. The breakfast is great and all staff in the hotel are very friendly( reception-houskeeping- restaurant) We will come back definitly

Nothing great to complaine, mayby more lights on the sign of the hotel outside and cleaning the stairs outside.

Slow Internet connection, room much too warm and noisy (street)..

Loved the location. It was close to lots of sights and restaurants as well as grocery stores. Rooms were small but clean and adequate with a safe, tv,and frog. Staff were friendly and helpful speaking both Spanish and English.

Assess to the Internet was limited to 30 minutes and we had to sit in the lobby but then later in the week we were given a 24hour code that we could use in the room.

the room was nice and huge, with office area and two air-conditions, very clean also. Friendly staff happy to help you at all times. Room service excellent.

on the negatives the access on the internet. NO free access in the room, only in the lobby area, BUT they give you a username and password for 30 min use, up to that you have to ask for a new username and pass. We asked for breakfast. If you buy it online the day of the booking it is 17+ whereas if you order it the day you arrive is 11+.

The staff was very nice, playing with our little baby and always ready to satisfy our requests. The breakfast was good and the position of the hotel is excellent also because of the metro station very close.

You could hear the neighboors from up extremly loudly. Even when they walked barefoot. We woke up a few times because of them. The neighboors weren't loudly, it was just the room or floor.

Comfortable hotel. Close to metro and the city center. The hotel is good value for the money.

The staff gave me a smaller room fist looking back of the hotel with small window. It was not like the pictures showing at the booking.com. When I complained they changed to a front looking room. Was much better.

The locality to where are other family were staying. The price was also fair to say the least.

The room we were allocated was poor. We were at the front over looking the main road and was found to be too noisey. Also the air conditioning we were told was off and due to the room being sun facing all day it was extremely hot. We brought it to the desk staffs notice and we were brushed aside with our complaint and it was only for the fact that our children were fluent in Spanish did the staff take matters to hand and change our room.

situacion buena muy centrico y precio muy razonable

Muy centrico en plena zona comercial. Puedes ir andando a todos los sitios. Muchos restaurantes y cafeterias. Esta muy bien situado. Muchas tiendas proximas.

Disfrute de una oferta de desayuno gratis por tener la tarjeta de fidelizacion nh

Camas muy cómodas, potente calefacción, y buena selección de canales en la TV.

Habitación doble poco espaciosa.

Удобно расположенный в центре города, тихий, уютный отель. Легко можно добраться до центра города пешком или на траспорте, перекусить в близлежащих ресторанчиках Отзывчивый персонал, ежедневная уборка в номере, хорошее соотношение цена/качество.

El personal es muy amable y muy profesional. Está muy bien situado, y la relación calidad-precio es inmejorable. Es una muy buena opción.

Sólo echo de menos un wifi gratuito con pleno acceso a internet. Poder consultar el correo electrónico es algo básico en la actualidad, máxime si es por razón de trabajo.

Localização: próximo ao Metrô San Bernardo e do El Corte Ingles, mas os restaurantes da redondezas são péssimos Internet, que deve ser renovado diariamente, é free nos apartamentos

Por la noche no encontré el recepcionista en su puesto al llegar al hotel. Un saco con ropa sucia estuvo toda la tarde en el pasillo. El resto todo muy bueno

Vicinanza al centro e facile raggiungibilità dei mezzi di trasporto

La prenotazione effettuata attraverso l'adesione ad una offerta di una stanza doppia ad una determinata cifra è stata necessariamente integrata da una maggiorazione di prezzo in quanto al momento delll' arrivo ta,e offerta è stata segnalata solo riferita ad una stanza " molto piccola con due lettini singoli", mentre sulla prenotazione era chiaramente indicato che la stanza aveva la doppia opzione " 2 letti singoli o letto matrimoniale". è stata richiesta pertanto una maggiorazione di 11 euro al giorno per avere un letto matrimoniale di misura 135 cm per 180 cm, assolutamente non accogliente per due adulti di corporatura normale ma altezza superiore al 180. La stanza 802, 8 piano è molto rumorosa perchè posizionata sotto l' impianto dell' ascensore che funziona tutta notte

La atención por parte de los recepcionistas fue exquisita, no dejaron de prestarnos atenciones y solucionaron todas las pequeñas incidencias (no funcionaba el TV, por ejemplo) con rapidez, eficacia y mucha amabilidad.

La persona que se encargó de la limpieza matutina de nuestra habitación se llevó las toallas sucias pero no dejó ninguna nueva limpia, por lo que tuvimos que bajar expresamente a buscarlas nosotros. También se olvidó una llave/tarjeta en nuestra habitación. El buffet de desayuno no estuvo nada bien, lo tenían a mitad de precio pero no merece la pena. Aseguran tener zumos naturales pero de sobra se notó que no lo eran, y la mayor parte de la comida que se servía era detestable. Lo único medio bueno era el bacon y tardaban bastante en reponerlo, además coincidimos con un grupo de al menos una quincena de adolescentes deportistas extranjeros, por lo que faltó muchísimo para el resto de comensales.

La proporcionalidad entre situación, confort y precio

La confortabilidad de la habitación junto con su asislamiento exterior (sin ruidos) permite una estancia placentera.

El desayuno y la limpieza de la habitación eran perfectas.

Las camas eran individuales, y no eran demasiado cómodas.

Me ha encantado el trato del personal. La chica de recepción (Elena??) fue un encanto.
