It's a confortable business hotel I suggest to improve the restaurant (menu and space available) for the dinner because there is no many possibilities outside of the hotel

Nice and helpful staff, excellent breakfast. Terrible internet connection - free of charge only in the lobby, but slower than my grandmother..if you wish to use "business connection", you must pay 17.70 EUR. I expect in such kind of hotel internet must be gratis and as a standard.

La atencion del personal. Tienen que trabajar en condiciones dificiles: sin a/c en las habitaciones, sin wifi y cobrandolo, con un restaurante muy por debajo de lo que esperas en un nH o esperaba... La falta de ac. Pero sobre todo la falta de wifi. Llegue a pagar 9 euros mas Iva adicionales por tener mejor acceso y no funciono: tenia que visualizar un video de 4 horas para el dia siguiente y no pude hacerlo. Cuanto vale eso? No tiene precio. El personal hizo lo que pudo y le entrenan: cobrarte mas por un servicio que no es seguro. Otros clientes se quejaron tambien. Sres comerciales de nH convenzan a sus inversores que tienen que dar el servicio wifi, sobre todo si te lo cobran. Entiendo que este hotel estara siendo gestionado por nH, ya que de ser propietario seria tan grave lo que esta pasando que habria que pedir responsabilidades.

El personal en general,incluido el de limpieza.Sobretodo el camarero de entre semana (en el desayuno) y todos los que han estado detrás del mostrador de recepción.son un encanto. También me ha gustado el diseño del mobiliario de todo el hotel y el hecho de que es muy ecologista. La poca luz que hay en la habitación.no sirve para leer.y los pocos canales españoles en la tv. (En mi habitación el baño a veces daba olor 324)

me gusta el lugar en la que se encuentra el hotel aparte de que esta en buenas condicion. lo que no me gusta,son las camas.no deberian tener ruedas parecen camas del hospital.

la atencion del personal, en general la cadena NH siempre da buenos servicios. En el baño que siga habiendo bañera, es incomoda para el acceso, sería mucho más comodo la ducha,

Habitaciones amplias y comodas, limpieza excelente, Servicio de recepcion muy correcto y atento. Facil aparcamiento. Precio del desayuno excesivo para la cantidad y la variedad que hay. Personal del restaurante poco amable y con trato poco profesional.

El trato del personal, muy agradable en todo momento. Pedimos con bastante antelación cama de matrimonio. Cuando llegamos la única que quedaba era de fumador. El olor era insoportable, pero se pudo quitar dejándo ventilar la habitación durante 2 horas, algo que podrían haber hecho ellos.

La limpieza de las habitaciones, el silencio y la comodidad de la cama. Es un poco complicado encontrar la entrada. El mismo GPS me envío a otro lugar incluso habiendo puesto nh alcorcón. Para evitarlo quizá sea mejor introducir en la dirección centro comercial Factor X, que está pegado al hotel.

aunque sólo estuvimos un día me encantó. Era limpio, habitaciones espaciosas y bonitas, sin ruido de tráfico a pesar de estar en la carretera, y la cama muy cómoda. Se oían a los huéspedes de otras habitaciones
