In general to hotel is good. prijs minibar and breakfast were good. minus point is the they have almost no Enghish speaking tv stations.

Hotel is very good. I wolud like to recommend it to everybody. They offer free Wifi at the lobby but it is only 30 minuntes.

La ubicacion del hotel es buena, el aparcamiento en los alrededores dificil, Me dijeron al reservar que podia dejar la habitacion a las 13.30horas sin ningun problema, y me lleve la sorpresa que me cargaron 11 euros, no me gusto nada y como en Murcia por suerte hay muchos hoteles mejor que este y con un gran precio, procurare no volver mas.

Está muy bien situado, muy céntrico pero tranquilo. El personal del hotel muy educados, eficaces y eficientes. La relación calidad-precio exquisita. Tenemos que volver pronto a Murcia y sin duda iremos a este Hotel. Además me dejé un objeto personal el baño y al día siguiente lo tenía en mi domicilio. Gracias. Recomendable cien por cien para gente joven, familias y mayores. No todo fue perfecto

Parking carísimo, Servicio de Habitaciones Caro y Malo, tanto los desayunos como los pedidos por la noche, trabajan con Telepizza para Hoteles, te pegan unas estocadas importantes y la comida viene fria, poco hecha, mal en general.Los servicios del Hotel nos han costado más que la habitación durante 2 dias.

Sobre todo la ubicación del hotel, es bastante comodo y tambien esta muy limpio. Que entrasen en la habitacion a la hora de la siesta para rellenar el minibar.

La ubicación es perfecta, en pleno centro de Murcia, junto a la gran vía. A pesar de esto, por la noche es bastante fácil aparcar junto al hotel. Eso sí, es zona azul. Por la mañana hay que quitar el coche. No hay wifi gratis en las habitaciones. Sí lo hay en el hall, pero sólo durante 30 minutos. Algo incomprensible a estas alturas. La cafetería/servicio de habitaciones, tiene una relación calidad-precio espantosa. Malo y caro. Nada recomendable. Muchísimo ruido por la mañana durante el servicicio de limpieza. A partir de las 9 es imposible descansar porque se oye todo. La televisión de la habitación era bastante antigua. Un cuatro estrellas debería cuidar estas cosas.

Excelente ubicación, personal agradable, buen trato, camas muy cómodas y mucha limpieza. El resto de instalaciones no las he utilizado. Por cierto la almohada que tenía no me iba bien, lo dije en recepción y me dieron a elegir entre un surtido de varias y me la cambiaron al día siguiente.

Habitacion muy amplia y confortable, decoracion moderna y agradable. Muy bien situado para compras y visita del casco antiguo de Murcia. Muy buen precio para la calidad de las instalaciones. Un poco complicado aparcar si no quieres gastarte en parking

La chambre spacieuse, lumineuse et agréable. Espace d'accueil assez grand et propice à la condiedentialité. Le personnel d'accueil est très sympatique, accueillant agréable et fait son maximum pour vous aider. Le téléphone ne fonctionnait pas bien dans la chambre mais c'est ex qui se sont déplacés pour voir se dont j'avais besoin. J'ai dû rester dans la chambre et la personne qui faisait le ménage était également super. Le service des repas, ont a oublié 1 fois de suivre ma commande et 1 deuxième fois j'ai rappelé après plus de 3/4 heures pour une soupe (si bien que l'on ai venu deux fois pour me livrer la soupe).
