Very comfortable and clean hotel, good breakfasts, friendly and helpful staff. Great bathroom!

The location was an easy walk to the beah. Room was clean. Staff were great.

The air con was not functioning at...when I asked...they said it was not working in the entire hotel....31 Degress, no air con and a window onto the main, very noisy road. The "free wifi" is hopeless and super slow...you have to pay more (10 euro) if you want something that is reasonable....most annoying.

Having to daily connect to WI-FI. This should be automatic when inside the hotel and have connected on first day with password.

The waitress at 9:00 am start the cleaning in other rooms and they do so much noise, doors open and closing, talking, loud, A 4 star hotel need to be careful with staff.

Spacious public rooms. Good staff. Some pleasant eating places just across quite road.

The breakfast was excellent. Restaurant food was good.

Pretty much everything else! The room was far too hot and we couldn't control the temperature from inside the room, so had to leave a window open (in January!). Staff were friendly but didn't speak much English (which I do expect from a large business type hotel). If it was a cheap hotel I wouldn't mind but I for what I paid I expect a much more comfortable experience.

The central heat is too warm for me, I can hardly breathe and feel dehydrated when I wake up in the morning.

Everything !! The staff were very helpful, welcoming and friendly: among the best web have come across in 10 weeks of travel. We would give them12/10 !! The hotel room facilities were excellent, the restaurant was great, and its location was great. No need to be in the centre of town, which was easily reached by bus. Banks, Post Office, cinema, restaurants and bars, and even a hairdresser all nearby. We LOVED our stay there.

Liked everything. Would not change anything. Looks plain from the outside, but that was irrelevant. The neighbourhood was also very pretty.

San Sebastián is an amazing town, our favourite in Spain! Hotel was lovely, great services. Quick wifi. Easy parking, easy to find.

Approx 20minute walk to town so if you wanted to spend a lot of time there it would be best to stay closer to town. However the walk is a gorgeous stroll along the beach so this was not a problem for us, very enjoyable. A short cheap taxi ride after dinner is easily possible.

It is a great hotel and very reasonably priced Breakfast was fantastic and u are close to plenty of Cafes if u prefer It is about a 25 min walk to the town but along a beautiful beach/harbour Staff were very helpful

Prob just you needed a new wifi code every day which seems silly and the connection was average

It's central location near the beach and shops. Excellent marked separate lanes for cyclists and joggers and walkers around the hotel to the beach. Very good restaurants across the road. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Parking at the hotel for guests should be free! Wi-fi speed is very slow - should be upgraded!

Hotel was too bland , no real style . There were no ironing facilities .

The very spacious room and fabulous bathroom. The staff were very helpful and the the set menu in the restaurant was very good value.

The only thing missing was some outside space to sit.

Classic four star hotel. Helpful staff. Rooms are nicely decorated. Nice neighborhood, 10 mins. walk to the fascinating, sandy beach.

A little bit too expensive. Car park is not provided by the hotel. But there are parking spaces nearby. For the best tapas restaurants you shall walk to the other side of the bay or go by bus in 5 mins.

Staff excellent and very helpfull.Rooms clean and comfortable though lacking tea/coffee making facilities, location great for beach ( 5 min walk)

Reception staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was generously provided for and the housekeeping staff were efficient and obliging. It's a hotel that caters for a beach holiday and does it properly - no trouble getting hotel towels to take to the beach, hard floors in rooms so no sand in the carpet. Bus service 25 takes you to the old town and central areas - the stop is 2-3 minutes walk from the hotel. Restaurants over the road were adequate and reasonably priced. Nice views, but not of the sea, from the windows which were large and easy to open for fresh air.

Our double-bed room was smaller than most - other rooms appeared to be twin beds, pushed together.
