Clean and business like. Good value and Ideal location for Old Town. Wifi Just minor. The sea view is really a view of the shopping centre roof, then the sea. You have to use the Hoover plug socket to charge your phone. There was a smell of cigarettes on the 5 floor. Also we were upsold breakfast on our arrival at €10 each (€60) we could have paid.€11 Cash with out committing. Would book again

Just about everything - warm, super-polite reception, really comfortable room, all facilities that were needed. Provision of power socket for computer not easy to reach. TV required attention - these were minor details.

- Very nice hotel comfortable rooms - Hotel is facing the harbour and a big and ugly shopping center/cinema. No view at all from the rooms (other hotels on the other side are facing the beach with wonderful view) - Although breakfast is very good, it's very expensive compared to room price (30 euro for 2 persons)

Excellent staff. They went out of their way to help me with my booking issues. Very helpful and friendly. Great location. Few minutes from many restaurants and shops.

Even the view is worse than in the past (a new mall just in front of it), the location is unbeatable. Free WiFi in the lodge. As expected for NHs in Spain, WiFi in the room is not included in the price.

L'amabilité du personnel et la proximité du bureau où se tenaient mes réunions, ainsi que la situation de l'hôtel en ville. D'être réveillé tôt le matin par les éboueurs vidant les poubelles du centre de loisirs en face de l'hôtel(chambre 334 côté rue)

cerca de todo, en el meollo de la ciudad. No es una cosa del otro mundo pero su situación es ideal, y de precio bastante bien. sigue habiendo algo de ruido por la noche, sobretodo los fines de semana, al tener los pubs del edificio cantones village al otro lado de la calle

Personal agradable. Funcionaba la calefacción. Lo pongo porque en mis tres estancias anteriores en diferentes hoteles no la había o "no funcionaba por problemas externos". Demasiada luz en la habitación. Es el problema de siempre cuando no hay persianas y hay cortinones. Para aparcar es mal sitio, hay que buscar calles pequeñas, y junto a los jardines adyacentes hay "gorrillas".

Del hotel, todo: ubicación, personal, habitación y baño amplios, limpieza y un excepcional buffet. Nada que objetar. Quizá falte un cartel visible, ya que el hotel parece estar cautivo del Casino.
