Excellent location by the feria. Clean and comfortable room. Helpful English-speaking staff. Delicious breakfast

Parking was full although website said it was not necessary to book. But found cheaper parking nearby.

10 minute walk to town centre.

Do not stay here during the moto GP unless you are profoundly deaf. Noise at night until 3a.m. from motor bikes outside was unbearable. Spaces in garage very cramped and access difficult. No lounge area for relaxing. Expensive for the facilities offered.

10/15 min walking from the center. In front of disco-bars (if you like nightlife)

Room relatively small. Don't use mini-bar, 1 small bottle of water almost 4 euros

The staff was very friendly. The room was generally ok. The price is very low for a 4-star hotel. And you can park your car in the street for free. It does take a bit of patience and luck to find a spot though.

This hotel must be closed and refurbished entirely from the bottom up. They are promising to do some restorations, but i would not have this hotel open until they were done. It does no justice to the NH brand. The parking was like a war zone. The lift is totally outdated. The whole building looks old. The room was not super clean. And to top it all it is way too far from the historic centre. I would not recommend this hotel to my friends in its current condition.

The situation; close to the Royal Andalucian School of Equestrian Art and short walk to city centre. Staff very helpful. Spacious room with large double bed. Excellent breakfast.

No facilities to make a hot drink. Expensive drinks in fridge. Noise late at night from club opposite.

It's situated in the city center, the staff is really kind and the room is big and confortable.

It's just in front of a disco, and a big road with cars. Inside the room is not very noisy, but for some people could be annoying. You can also hear people talking in the corridor.

    - Very friendly staff - Nice, big and very clean rooms - Breakfast buffet THE FIRST MORNING - Ask for a room at the BACK of the hotel!!!!!!!!!!

    - The NOISE!!! *The airconditioning: made more noise than a helicopter * The hotel is located at a main road and right at a traffic light. Early in the morning, when people go to work... well, you can imagine * The renovation works in the hotel went on during the siesta :( * Opposite the hotel is a bar/disco. The loud music went on and on and on. At 4AM I went to the reception. They called the police. Two minutes later they drove by slowly but never stopped. At 4.30AM I got a key for a room at the back side of the hotel - The second morning there was NO BREAKFAST BUFFET!!! 'Due to a big group that just left! the friendly lady said. She gave us a list with some items to choose from. Tssss - Prices of the drinks in the mini bar! A small bottle of water costs € 3,65! Never saw a higher price in Spain!

its situation - close to the old town but far enough to not feel suffocating with the closeness of the buildings in the heat

a lot! the sink was blocked and the hotel didnt manage to correct this throughout the stay. similarly for the stellite TV which couldnt receive any channels. the laundry (horrendously expensive!) was returned without being ironed - when we pointed this out, the lady at the reception on the saturday we were checking out refused to accept this, was pointedly patronising and unhelpful. altogether a disappointment and a shame really as we have generally found the NH a reliable brand.
