Rooms were modern and clean; desk staff were helpful; free internet available if you use the one workstation in the dining room. Hotel is a little distant to the very center of Madrid -- about a 45 minute walk, or a 3 block walk to the closest two Metro stations and then 3 or 4 stops (15 mins). It's in a mostly residential neighborhood, so not much to choose from for dining or entertainment. The location is the only reason I'm checking the no box on recommending the hotel. |

El hotel es excesivamente caro por los servicios que ofrecen. El personal de cafeteria muy mal, por la mañana un chico atiende de forma maleducada y como si te estuviera haciendo un favor. |
