Staff was really friendly and helpful. Room was small, but very nice, clean and comfortable. Bathroom was separated by a small entrance, very good. There is no cafetaria, to have a coffee, or a beer.

Pretty good hotel, value for money (I paid 40 Euros per night). Room a bit small, but good enough for 1 person. Quite near to the metro, but not near to tourist place. The main tourist place is a few metro station away (may less than 10 minutes metro trip). Very friendly staff. I arrived very early (9AM) and the staff let me check into the room without waiting until the check in time

We really liked almost everything about this hotel! The room was spacious, bright and very clean. The bathroom was ok and clean too. The view was cheerful. Two metro stations are near (Rios Rosas and Alonso Cano). Staff was very friendly and helpful! Many nice bars in the neighborhood and a Dia market right next to the hotel. Smoking rooms are available too. Our beds had rollers and they were moving all the time, although we tried to use breaks. Free wi-fi is available only in lobby, it's only for 30 minutes and the speed was slow.

It's quite close to the metro, a few min. walk. We did not get breakfast as it seemed a bit pricey to me..and we were able to find something to eat each morning (even on Sunday).

The hotel is kept spotless and is done up really nicely. The rooms are large and so are the bathrooms! Great for a business trip. The breakfast didn't seem worth the money. Also, I wouldn't say the staff were overly friendly, not mean but not usually smiling either. If you don't care about the staff grovelling at your feet then this place is fine.
