Very good value.

The price of the Garage was very expensive.

Excellent location for visiting the city of Vitoria. The hotel had all we wanted and the restaurant was excellent. Substantial breakfast and we enjoyed an extremely good evening meal there. The rooms were spacious and the friends we were travelling with also share the same opinion.

the hotel was excellent .city center is walking distance. main bus station is a bit far but the train station is close. the room is nice, comfortable and tidy. the bathroom amenities are refreshing and citrusy.

the only problem our stay was on weekend and saturday night was noisy because of a wedding party.

Hotel was very clean and tidy. Accommodation was spacious,bright and airy. Breakfast in the dining room each morning was very well presented and very enjoyable. A good selection of food presented each morning. The Hotel is also within easy walking distance to the old town of Vitoria. Our room was located on the sixth floor with lovely views overlooking the Park and skyline of Vitoria. We would certainly stay again at the NH Canciller Ayala as we had a most enjoyable stay.

Great location

1 iron for the whole 10-floor hotel is simply not enough.

Camere molto grandi e belle. Non è difficile trovare parcheggio gratuito molto vicino (es. Portal de Castilla). Molto comodo per visitare la bellissima cittadina, il centro è 5 min a piedi.

Con la finestra aperta (dava sul retro dell'edificio) si sente il rumore di macchinari degli impianti dell'hotel (condizionatori, ecc..)

Service was slow and the lifts were a pain

Central location. We had a great room on the 8th floor with a wonderful view of the Parque Florida and the cathedral.Nice bar with snack meals.

No wi-fi in rooms and also only 30 mins free. This is really annoying and rather a petty charge given the price of the room. Parking charges - this seems to be common in city hotels but 17 euros is steep. To be fair we only paid 8 as we had a motorcycle.

The hotel was clean, the staff courteous, and the location ideal.

Easy to find from south. Well situated.

I as not aware of 16 euros charge for car park.

Extremely comfortable bed, secure parking, central location

The hair dryer was impossible to use, cheap, kept over-heating and cutting out. I was told that this is normal and that all the hairdryers in the hotel are this way. This may seem a minor niggle, but after travelling and staying in tiny inns all over Spain I was really looking forward to smartening up. In addition this must be annoying for the business women staying who need to look their best. A silly cost cutting blemish on an otherwise excellent stay.

Situation. Best breakfast we have ever had in a hotel. Spotlessly clean and although language was a barrier, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

There was nothing about this hotel that we didn't like.
