NH Canciller Ayala    

The location was excellent for our trip to Spain. We were right in the heart of the Ancient City Center and we could walk everywhere we wanted to from our hotel. The service at the hotel was excellent with all requests being taken care of within the same day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

The parking is very expensive in the area. Fortunately, we were able to park free of charge on the street within walking distance of the hotel for three of the four nights we were there.

Situation

Bad sound isolation. From inside the room you can hear every single noise coming from the corridor or the next rooms

Excellent location close to the old part of the city. Comfortable hotel with good facilities and friendly service. Great meal in the hotel restaurant.

During our stay we had the same menu every day for lunch and the dinner, which was disappointing.

The price per night (including breakfast) was fantastic, specially taking into account the central location.

The decoration and design are a bit outdated for a 4 starred hotel.

Only complaint: free wifi only in lobby for just half an hour. What a pain. Parking was pricey too but we were able to find street parking easily.

Good location in relation to old part of city and very close to a very nice park

Very comfortable room, the view of the city is excellent from 9th floor. Breakfast very good.

Dinner at the hotel's restaurant is a mistake, the quality does not register on a 1-10 scale. Just don't do it.

The room was lovely and the hotel is close to the Casco Viejo. It's right across from a park and we had a panoramic view of the Cathedral and 4 other churches. The breakfast was very nice also. We would definitely stay there again.

We liked the location of the hotel, the fact that we were abe to bring our pet dog with us. The room was to a high standard and was very good value for money. It also offered safe private parking. it is a hotel that we certainly intend to use again
