The staff were very friendly and helpfull and the hotel location was excellent.

I wasa dissappointed that there was not a quality restaurant at the hotel as there were none located near the hotel and food was a problem. I think that the car parking should be closed down immediately. The access and space is far too small and innaccessible and the risk of damage to the vehicle, which happened in my case, is very high.

Very nice & very clean hotel, friendly staff, excellent location as all the attractions are close by. Lovely view from our balcony room overlooking the harbour. The buffet style breakfast made for a great start to the day, good variety of food, coffee's, tea's & fruit juices. We found a lovely restaurant just around the corner to have an evening meal, it's called El Rincon de Miguel, well worth a visit. We will definitely use booking.com again, brilliant service. Shortage of milk in the room, just 2 small pots per day.

Great location for old town and the museums plus the harbour.

Room very warm and air conditioning wouldn't lower the temperature

Nice clean hotel in central location. All services up to scratch. Great parking facility. A motorbike can be parked at a reduced rate if you ask at the front desk. Great breakfast, great rooms.

I liked the breakfast buffet and the situation of the hotel. The free Internet connection was fair and worked well.

The aircondition was very noisy even when turned off! There was a constant hum from the system day and night!

The location is perfect. Breakfast very good with a lot of fresh fruits and a great variety. Nice view from our room on 5th floor.

Checking in was very annoying as there is always just one perseon at the front desk - queueing should be at at 4-star hotel! Room size rather small (we had a premium room). Parking situation very tricky (small elevator to ground floor).

The hotel was very clean, the stuff were speaking good English and very helpful and kind, the place of the hotel is so close to the port, there were free wifi in the hotel and the new connection was very good and fast.

Proximity to the Marina, Old City, Historic Sites and 'Night Street Life & Dining'

Very poor facilities for 4* rating, particularly no restaurant only small 'Coffee Bar' facility. Breakfast not included in the room rate, expensive for what it provides, TV was 'antique' with very limited choice of English language stations (BBC World News & Bloomberg) and poor quality reception. Would only recommend NH Cartagena if location was the main criteria, not on facilities or price

This hotel is in a lovely area of the city, by the port. Everything was of a high standard. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The room was very spacious,with a small balcony, which we requested, and ultimately got.

Tea and coffee making facilities in the room was a lovely touch, but you need to find your own milk, and the kettle was so tall, it did not easily fit under the tap! Checking in, we had to wait an hour for a room to become available, and there was quite a queue for checking out, as there was only one member of staff in attendance. Carmen was extremely efficient though.

Very convienent location near the port, good parking facilities and the hotel allowed us to leave our car there even after we had checked out.

The bar was closed when we arrived back at 11.30pm so unable to have a nightcap.

Very central, very clean and friendly staff. The breakfasts were excellent and value for money overall was great.

The tea facilities in the room were always lacking milk
