The hotel is next to the bus terminal, which attracts the usual dodgy characters around the hotel; made us feel unsafe. Wouldn't be my choice of location as the town is quite a walk.

Bait and switch on the free internet. It is ok to download an e-mail or two...but at 0.1mB/sec it does not allow for upgrading apps, skype, or anything requiring any bandwidth. Even the paid service at 17 euros provided 0.3 mB/s!!! Unacceptable.

Very clean and nice hotel, super friendly and helpful staff. Comfy beds and great shower. Good location both for Bioparc and the old town. Would definitely stay here again!

It is a businesss hotel

It's location right next to the main bus station invariably attracts some 'unsavoury' characters, especially towards the rear of the hotel where one could easily feel threatened by the street people. similarly the surrounding area was devoid of cafes/bars which were a 10minute walk away.

Good public transport nearby and easy walking to the historic centre

No free wi-fi in rooms. No tea & coffee making facilities. Swimming pool was tiny (more like a plunge pool). Room next to housekeeping cupboard, noisy in the mornings. Views not good.

Modern business hotel but had good facilities for those on a city break. We were offered a special rate for taking breakfast which we decided to do and were glad we did as it was excellent - there was a fantastic choice and as much as you wanted - it set you up for the day. Valencia is an incredible city - walk in the Turia gardens down to the incredible architectural buildings of the Hemisphere etc. The beach, next to the port is exceptional, with beautiful sand and clear blue sea. The buses are cheap (1.50euro any trip) and give you a view of the town. The hotel is next to the bus station too.

Pool was great at the end of the day but is minute, nothing like it appears in the photos!

Reception staff most helpful - especially Mica. Advised us of local amenities, made recommendations and supplied directions/maps. Air conditioning was of a high standard and rooms were of a reasonable size and comfortable. Great value at the price.

Bedroom walls on the thin side and from the bathroom you could clearly hear the plumbing noises from adjacent rooms.

Swimming pool too small as compared to the photo shown on the internet, no enough towels on the swimming pool area. Internet connection a little bit to slow and additional charges for a faster one.
