The hotel is modern, clean, comfortable. There's a metro station and big food store in the neighbourhood. City center is in walking distance (about 20 minutes). It's possible to find free place for parking near hotel. There isn't teapot in the room. Water changes very fast from hot to cold (it's possible to take shower only very late at night). Water has strange smell.

great rooms, spa and pool are wonderful. Restaurant serves bad and expensive food. You will have a better meal in almost any other place in Sevilla.

The hotel was a little bit far from the center. The room was good but comparing to other hotels with this price it was small/ The food was medium .

great location, great view, nice swimming pool and very quiet. Love the bathroom overlooking the room through a glass, really nice room we had. Hotel staff read our question during the booking and gave us the room we wanted, really kind. Cant think of anything we didnt like, everything was great. Recommended stay for Sevilla citrytrips!

The room was great. Big bathroom. Air conditioning. Nice reception desk personnel. Restaurant personnel not so friendly (we only went to the restaurant for breakfast). Breakfast buffet ok. Free Wi-Fi in the lobby. Pool & terrasse clean. A bit noisy when kids are around. Good access to the centre of Sevilla and to the airport with bus & tram stop at walking distance.

Excellent breakfast with great variety. Beautiful large rooms with a good bathroom. Nice swimming pool and long chairs. Very bad English through which orders were wrong (drinks and food).

Very good breakfast. Nice pool. Rooms clean and comfortable. A little distance from the center but no problem if you don't mind walking. We had two separate non-smoking rooms. The first day there was a terribly smell of smoke in one room The next day the smell was in the other room. Suspect it had to do with the ventilation.

Far away from the center Dirty surroundings No Internet connection (there was a very low speed one and limited to 30 min in some zones of the lobby) No bar nos cafeteria open Pool closed and the area was used for a privte party. Service at desktop not friendly at all.

The pool terrace was spacious and well-appointed. The pool was very pleasant, though not very large. Our room was quiet and well-equipped. It seems unfortunate that this hotel charges so much for internet access, when most hotels provide it for free.We thought the charge for breakfast was excessive, so found a very pleasant cafe across the park where we paid a third of the price.

Very nice hotel. It is good value for money as it is 20 minutes walk from the cathedral and the main tourist attractions, but it's very convenient to a metro station, and the metro takes you into the city centre in minutes (2 stops). I would recommend this hotel. The pool is closed on a Sunday and Monday.

Room was comfortable and very clean. We left the hotel very early in the morning and therefore did not find out what the breakfast was like. I booked this hotel because it had parking and it looked easy to get to the airport but it had a very unfriendly atmosphere and lots of rules of what not to do if you dared to go out by the pool.

Que te intenten cobrar un recargo por tener cama de matrimonio cuando has reservado una habitación doble. Si voy con mi pareja reservo habitación doble cómo es evidente por ser dos, y espero cama de matrimonio por ser mi pareja, como también debería ser evidente. Me incomoda que me quieran cobrar un recargo por considerar "un lujo" dormir juntos.

Un típico hotel 4 estrellas internacional. Todo bien, aunque con algún mínimo detalle.Por otra parte, muy buena ubicación para conocer la ciudad, a 200 mts. del Metro y 5 minutos al centro histórico, con parking público en el sótano del hotel. En confort de la habitación 10 puntos. Aunque lo indican al hacer la reserva, me parece inacepotable que cobren por la internet, y sobre todo el precio que pretenden. Más aún tratándose de un hotel de negocios.

“I cme to stay one night. I ended up staying four. I was in Spain on a workig holiday and found the hotel perfect for my purposes. All the facilities you normally require for a business hotel, very comfortable room, a good restaurant with excellent views from the 13th floor, not overly expensive, friendly staff.
